Burger King — Restaurant in Hueytown

I just got off the phone with what was suppose to be the manager...Patrice..I was trying to tell her that over half my order wasn't delivered to me I thought she'd want to know how her employees were doing, but I was wrong...she first asked if I planned on coming to get what was left off my order...I told her no I just wanted you to know what was going on...after that I was trying to tell her what the items were But she kept interrupting me saying you need to tell GrubHub what's missing we can't give you no money. I said I'm not asking you for money, im trying to let you know what happened...She doesn't care she can't give me No money...I told her that's okay...I thought you might care that a customer wasn't treated right...But I see your employees are as nice as you!! I hung up....ever order I've tried to make from this place has been Wrong...4 times now!! They want get another chance. I pray the owner knows what's going on cause he/she is losing business fast...I see they already have dropped the rating to 1...smh...people...

This place is the most disgusting, rude, greasiest, worstiest, nastiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I went in the drive thru before at this Burger King and the food was cold, wrong order and terrible attitude.Also there was a car infront of us and the worker THREW a burger out the WINDOW OF THE DRIVE THRU and told the customer to pick up the burger. Today I came back and I thought the food would be better. It’s not. The food was expensive and the food was terrible. No straws or napkins. WAD OF HAIR IN MY BURGER. This place would be better to the community CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD. Honestly I could rather buy me a pair of good jordan’s with the amount of money I paid for this unedible food. My daughter even asked me is the food safe to eat, her bread was weird looking and cold. The fries tasted and looked like they had been sitting out for months in grease. She ended up eating her food because she was really hungry, she then threw up all the way home. NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU SEE ME AT THIS BURGER KING...

I was racially profiled at Burger King and food was tampered with when I went to Hueytown Al. BK restaurant to use an e-coupon for a BOGO whopper. I pulled up to drive through speaker to place order. Order screen was broken and not working. When they finally answered and asked for my order,, I gave them the info on e-coupon and said "no pickles on both whoppers". Then waited for a reply so I could know they got it. After several minutes with no response I said"hello?" to get someone's attention. I got an immediate and very rude response when someone snapped back "ARE YOU GOING TO DRIVE AROUND OR WHAT!!". When I did, I was refused a receipt and when I got home my whoppers were nothing but bread, meat and a huge pile of pickles. I tossed them out fearing whatever else they had done to my food. I have complained to customer service but also no help and won't contact me in spite of several promises to do so. I bet local news would love to do a story about racial profiling and food tampering at...
