Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hueytown

2 months later update. Racism is real. Terrible attitude. No name tags. No receipt. Lobby carry out. 7 months later update....I get snapped at by Tasha Shift Manager. Over jelly. I never get jelly. Didn't want it. Didn't ask for it. That was after being ignored 20 minutes, and seeing her treating the other white people with contempt. I was being nice. She was being hateful. Nothing changed since me last review that Hardee's replied to.

They said they don't have honey mustard, but they have a cordon Bleu. They also are claiming the egg shortage to not stock the store properly. Just politics and a touch of racism. Racism isn't acceptable, no matter who it is from or who it is directed at

You are so lucky, that I have you two stars for this visit. -1 star for being out of.... Ham, hot cakes, prime rib. That's a management planning issue. -1 for quality of the cold brew coffee. Wife says it tastes like flavored milk. -2 for the way that the driver thru person without a name tag brought our food in a bag instead of a tray like the other guy in here.... And basically slammed the bag on our table and walked away in contempt when my wife said thank you to her. That was a manager too, because I asked the cashier if she is a manager.

No napkins, straw, or ketchup.

I would give 0 stars if I could... And I would remove the star from your logo....

Well we drive here for some breakfast place order and the employee repeats order before taking our cash she then gathers it together we look in bag to see if everything is in it well the biscuits are there all hashrounds both drinks and the container that would hold biscuit and gravy however once I return home to eat the biscuit and gravy that should be in said container isn’t there however it looked like a half funky looking scrambled egg with half slice of cheese and couple limp bacon slices. I’m like damn well then I start eating my hashrounds since obviously that’s all I get since I wasn’t eating the bs they gave me these taste undercooked. What sent me here to give this review is I call to speak with someone on said situation and they don’t answer as a place of business why have phone and not answer it because many situations are calls can be urgent are anything can be a reason a business phone is ringing answer it or shut phone off and close cause obviously nothing is problem if y’all don’t get complaints or anything however u can’t get them if employees don’t answer...

Only eat here if you have time and cholesterol levels to spare. We ordered our food and waited. Its the typical fast food if your not in the drive through then you dont matter. They arent timed on how fast they get food to eat in customers. The food was sub par even for fast food. My bacon tasted like it had been sitting in the grease in the bottom of the pan since yesterday, and if thats the "ultimate" omelet buscuit then i would hate to see the standard omelet. There was nothing in it..a few little pieces of ham. The new coffee is terribly bitter. I put two of the half and half packs in it and it was still bitter. An hour later and i still have a coating of grease on my tongue. Cant wait to get home and brush my teeth. If my son refuses to finish a buscuit that says a lot. The put everything on one tray and put the forks in the plate with the biscuits and gravy. Literally in the plate,...
