Rico's Italian Pizza — Restaurant in Hughson

We give ricos so much buisness when we first started ordering everything was dandy. Slowly but surely they started to do little things like never bringing me my side orders giving me a mf box of potato wedges and a side of fries when it's the other way around. They have a motto where if your order is over 10 dollars you can get delivery free. One time our Order was about 25 and they charged us to deliver when we live LITERALLY 3 minutes away in car ?¿ I have also given this man soil (weird I know ) my cousin called earlier today for a garden burger he didn't have any so she hung up called with my number ( he knows my number ) he just forwarded my call like okay last straw definitely not ordering form here anymore ! ( their chicken wings also be having feathers...

Hello, I use to order from Rico’s pizza a long time ago however just because I forgot to pick up the order this was also before Covid as well, they told me. I couldn’t ever order again that I was written up in the system for it. I did up picking up my order paying for it even after apologizing not picking up at the time that was needed for me to pick up they restricted me from ordering, they have terrible customer service can’t comprehend that people make mistakes they made it seem like I worked for Rico’s to restrict a customer coming is terrible they are very rude not friendly, I would avoid going here if possible order pizza somewhere else clearly they are not understanding nor do they understand...

I am so insanely impressed with my service today from Billie! My daughter and I went with a family friend and her child to celebrate her 8th birthday. She did everything to make us feel special and catered to. She was so polite and friendly. And she tried to do any extras that she could to make her feel like she was having a little party. This type of serving is so refreshing and I hope the owner knows how rare it is to have this kind of help. Thank you again! And thank you to the owner as well. He later came in and made a point to talk to us. It was greatly appreciated. Again, way to make a little on the cheap bday feel...
