Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Humacao

I recently dined at Chili's Grill & Bar in Puerto Rico and had a delightful experience. I tried the cauliflower quesadillas and the salmon with Caesar salad, and both dishes were outstanding.

The cauliflower quesadillas were a revelation. The tortillas were perfectly crisp, encasing a flavorful mix of tender cauliflower and melted cheese. The seasoning was spot on, with a subtle kick that made each bite exciting. It was a refreshing and delicious twist on a classic dish.

The salmon with Caesar salad was equally impressive. The salmon was cooked to perfection – moist, flaky, and well-seasoned, with a lovely char on the outside. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, with a creamy dressing that complemented the salmon beautifully. The combination of the rich salmon and the tangy, savory salad was simply divine.

They work by the motto "the customer is always wrong". 6/6 orders came at cold. Our burger came out cold twice and on the third attempt it was warm. The steak and ribs were just microwaved. We ordered patron and they served us some cheap tequila which the manager was quick to call us liars. They brought the check out without any deductions and we told them they have to compensate us some how. Which then the server threw the receipt holder at the computer and go find the manager who when we told him the burger was sent back twice he reminded us that when he brought it out it was warm, completely forgetting that was the third time it was brought out.

In the end they didn't compensate for anything let alone give us an apology. We will never be going back until we hear an apology and the management team has...

Consistently bad service and poor cleaningness. After my 4 yr old accidentally spilled a glass of water on the table (no child cups available) the waitress came to see what happened, didn't offer any help, napkins or anything to dry the table, bench and my soaking wet pants.

Then the waitress returned to the table with some towels to dry the floor. Had to asked for napkins, just to be said to wait until she dried the floor. Floor beneath the table was still wet during rest of our night.

While paying I was asked for tip, my reply was for 10% just to find out I was billed 15% on the ticket. I'm not returning...
