Gone are the cutesy cardboard take-out boxes and mix-and-match protein and side menu, which I really liked. The new menu includes many of the classics, as well as a phenomenal smashburger, elote, and some other new Tex-mex items. Still looks and feels like a bbq place but the service is more like a traditional restaurant. If you look carefully you can still find the pulled pork and rotisserie chicken on the menu. I hope the slaw/salad options come back, because they were excellent! 🤩

Huge improvement over the previous restaurant at this location. I went on opening day and was impressed at the new format for ordering, options available, and overall quality and value for the money. God I hope they keep this up.

Special mention for the pulled pork and rotisserie chicken- both delicious and perfectly seasoned. The caribbean slaw, esquite, and cornbread all were delicious too!

One more thing: cardboard take-out boxes. I see way too much styrofoam in Puerto Rico. Not only is it unhealthy, it’s also not recycled. I’m so grateful this restaurant is using...

Menu was original. Food was fresh & tasty & portions were very reasonable. My hubby & I had pulled beef & the corn; he had the cornbread & mediterranean slaw & I had the bean salad & asian slaw. All great! I loved that they also provide utensils produced with plant starch, and The big winner for my husband was their coffee. He said it was fabulous! The only downside and maybe it’s because they were only two serving, was that we got our drinks after we got our meals. But that’s a hiccup that can easily be fixed. Well done Prime Roasters..! Delicious food, great service and quick lunch! Great new menu with different options. I had the Baja tacos. I liked you don't have to get the same protein for all 3 tacos. Tacos were big and it included tater tots. Lots of food! The fish taco was definitely my favorite, it was fresh and cooked perfectly. Best fish tacos I've had. The pork was very good too!
