The place was quite dirty (plastic straw and paper straw wrappings everywhere) and just being Generally "dirty"
1/2 I'm going to be quite frank, that was the worst, Service/Staff team at a Jack in the box. (In all my Years of Reviewing) like that was REALLY bad.
The employee (female, with a light Brown Complexion, and very enhanced eyelashes.) She had REALLY bad attitude, (was rude) (and very unprofessional) she came out the door while i was about to walk in, and (more or less) pushed the door into me.
(I should have just walked back to the car right then)
AND she didn't Greet us, neither did the manger,
2/2 the Manger..... I believe her name is "Paula" she was unapologetically unconcerning audaciously RUDE. UNMANNERLY UNREASONABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNTRAINED. UNPRINCIPLED. UNSEEMLY. UNBEFITTING. UNDIPLOMATIC. and finally contumelious.
She was so nasty and disrespectful it was Appalling. When we walking in the Employee walked passed us behind the registrar TWICE (didn't Greet us mind you) and all the while The manger "Paula" was staring directly at us all the while. (Mind you SHE DID NOT Greet us) she stared for about 15-20 seconds and we waited for about another 15-20 seconds but NOBODY did,
and the other Employees were also just looking at us (and not taking our order) and Another thing NOBODY WAS IN THE DRIVE THRU!!! They WERE NOT BUSY*
and then finally my Companion broke the awkward silence, and asked "is anyone gonna serve us!?" And after about 5 seconds The Eyelashe Employee came up and said "ok can I help you." In a Condescending tone.
And My companion asked, "is there a manager or something I can speak to?" And "Paula" finally breaks her silence "YES CAN I HELP YOU" and walks up Shaking and bobbing her head. it was horrific Simply terrible and unacceptable She brought shame to the entire jack in a box franchise.
And then my companion being completely annoyed asked "do you have a number for corporate?" Then Paula shaking her head and Said "YES ITS ON THE OUTSIDE" (she's saying all this in a condescending tone mind you)
And then me and my associate being completely blown away by the arrogance an unprofessionalism step out.
No I don't give out one star reviews Really Ever, but this... this was just was terrible.
I advise not going here Cause I wouldn't want anyone to be subject to the Unacceptable treatment we were put through.

Now, sadly, it's above average, good but no longer great.

I am a fast food junkie, regularly eating at fast food establishments.
Although some brands are usually better than others, I have found much more difference between different locations of the same brand, rather than between brands, across the board.
Consistency over a long period of time is very difficult to find because of the frequent personnel turnover.
It is critical to have really good managers on site.
If I owned a franchise I would definitely have a very well-designed reward system in place, to ensure that both individuals and teams were properly rewarded for their outstanding performance.
Good loyal repeat customers are the crown jewels of the fast...

No option of cancelling the order through the phone. This store Iโm at refuses to help. Says i have to replace the order. Asked about my refund they said โidk my friendโ called the store that the order was sent to. Spoke with a Lurdes she was not helpful at all. Apparently jack in the box cannot cancel orders or refund you through the app. You have to inconvenience yourself and go to the location for a physical refund. When i told her how is this possible, she said โyour the one that placed the order to the wrong locationโ in a nasty way. Iโm a long time customer at jacks, i will be taking my business elsewhere.
