Starbucks — Restaurant in Humble

I hate to give a bad review 😭 but I was treated with pure disrespect on yesterday night, I went to star bucks to treat my self after a long day, they were out of both the treats that I wanted, I asked the lady if I could get a dollar off my other items that I was buying and she caught me off guard by address be with a attitude, she came back with absolutely not 🚫 we don't do that with so much attitude and disrespect then she went on to ask me if I wanted my banana nuts bread warmed I told her yes when I got to the front I asked her her name and she told me Charlene and I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that she was the manager and she told me that she didn't have the number to the district manager but she gave me her name and it was Tamika, also she gave me the wrong drink, and my bread was not warm very disappointed on the behavior and the service and I live close but I'll drive further to go to another one it was too late for me to turn around to bring it back I feel like I wasted my money and I will not return!!!!!!!can't believe the horrible...

Terrible customer service and very ignorant staff. We ordered a drink from the 'secret menu' that Starbucks has been advertising all summer but none of the staff knew how to make it and refused to look it up. Upon not receiving a drink we paid for, we asked the Barista if it was coming to which he said "you will have to pay for it because we don't have a ticket for the drink". After a quick conversation with him not budging, the Barista turns around to find the cup behind him and says "oh", here it is" and never issued an apology. When the drink was ready the Barista was extremely cold when he handed it over at the bar. While sitting in the shop, we overhead another woman ordering an item from the secret menu to which the same male Barista said "I don't know how to make it so I don't know what to tell you". The woman than left without ordering (I don't blame her). The Barista than says out loud, "I'm sorry, I have a life". Unfortunately this Barista did not have a name tag....

I absolutely love this location! I live walking distance from a different location in Atascocita, but their crew is too angsty and slightly brash. I purposely make my route for this location on Townsend. Their morning crew is made up of the most amazing people I've ever met. My regular drink is a , but I started drinking coffee when I started college last fall (salted caramel mocha is so yummy) and that is when I started to go more regularly. That's when I met Kelly! She is my f a v o r i t e!!! Every time I pull up to the window her face lights up and I always get so excited! She always asks me about how life/school is going, and she is just so sweet! I also love the rest of the morning crew! I legit brag about them all the time! I tweet about it and snapchat it, I just want everyone to know that this location is F A N T A S T I C! They always...
