Update: I originally gave a 2 star, and my original review is below, but after Marco reaching out to me they deserve 5+ stars. He addressed my issue, was very professional, concerned and helpful. He not only gave me a touch up and a refund, which he didn’t have to do, he went above and beyond to figure out why I had problems with the tattoo, used a different ink for sensitive skin, and apologized for the problems I had. The touched up tattoo feels great with very little swelling or irritation, and I was very impressed by the way he handled the situation and the measures he took to make sure I didn’t have future problems with it! Very grateful and satisfied, I have tried many artists but I will 100% be making them my go to for future work.

I went last minute on a discount day they were having for palm sized tattoo, and was very excited because there was a very special tattoo I wanted to get. The shop itself was nice, and I left very happy with my tattoo. I have quite a few other tattoos, and the one I got here was the only one that has ever got infected. For some reason I blamed myself, even though I treated it as I have every other tattoo, and even took BETTER care of this one because it meant so much to me. It was pretty scary, it wasn’t an awful infection but I have never experienced that, very painful! Due to it getting infected, it had a lot of chunks of ink basically come off as the infection healed. I messaged the artist/ owner, asking about a touch up a little under a year later when fully healed and he told me it would be $20. I was fine with that as I felt that was a fair price, but I saw online that they do free touch ups. I was going to pay because I was pretty desperate for my tattoo to look better, so I messaged again about making an appointment and was never answered, but the artist was posting about wanting to do new things on people. I took my 6 year old today to get her ears pierced. I called ahead of time and I was told we could arrive as a walk-in. On the phone they were very nice and professional. From the moment we walked in, they were very friendly and made my daughter feel very welcome and comfortable. They even offered her candy. The shop is very neat, clean and there was no wait. I filled out the paperwork and waited less than 10 minutes while they set up. My daughter asked if it would hurt, so I explained it would hurt a little...and I was concerned she would be scared and maybe even cry from the pain. Marco explained every step to her which made her feel at ease. He was very friendly, and when it came time to the actual piercing, she didn't even feel it. She said it didn't hurt and there were high fives all around. Since it's Christmas time, when they were all done, they even offered her a toy from under their Christmas tree...and her little sister too! I definitely recommend this shop to anyone wanting to get pierced... especially for a child. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you for making this a great day for our kiddo. She's been so happy all day. We've already told our neighbors...

I seen this tattoo studio on News Fix, naturally I had good thoughts based on their charitable events for Harvey. I went there and everything was cool for the consultation but things changed for my appointment. I was disappointed for multiple reasons: 1, the artist hadn’t remembered my appointment and was not ready in the slightest. 2, the lines were thin and hardly what we talked about 3, they kept asking my budget and I aimed high for a good price on two pieces at once. They didn’t do what was promised and what was done was not what I specifically asked for 4, the entire first tattoo was promised after the second, but then had turned into a “second appointment “ of a different fee. Which was not talked about. The work was okay, and I know there are better artists there to do nicer pieces, but I was really disappointed. I would’ve rather had my initial tattoo done the way I wanted without being okay to get a “deal” on two when my initial tattoo wasn’t even complete. I think what they are doing is good for Harvey victims, but I got screwed. And I’m not going back. I’m pretty irritated being I had trouble finding a tattoo...
