I am a long time customer of this location. I'm a 41 year old native of Humble and have been enjoying food from this location ever since I can remember. But lately. Over the last few years. The service quality and customer service have taken a nose dive. Going as far as to have a manager insult me to my face and call me a thief when they delivered ten of the twelve chicken bacon ranch queso wraps when I told them about it. He said and I quote. *I don't need to count them. You could have stuck those two wraps up your ass for all know." This insult came after the third instance of being shorted, what I ordered. After this, having noticed that I was receiving dry wraps. Which are a favorite item orine lately. I asked that they please make sure that it has enough sauce when I ordered and then when I brought my food home I found that they were overflowing and leaking into the bag with the ridiculous amount of sauce that they put on them. Rendering them inedible. I visit this location eight to ten times per month because its my favorite fast food and it's conveniently located relative to my house. I spend two to several hundred dollars a month here and the people that work there recognize me when I come. But after these and probably ten other instances of having issues with this establishment other on accuracy, delivery, or execution of my order, I'm beginning to feel like I'm got to have to go all the way to Atascacita for a decent burger and die or just say goodbye to sonic and choose another go to place for dast for. I have to wonder. With my experiences in the two locations local to me, whether or not there is any corporate standard or over sight at all. The bathrooms are routinely disgusting and the people are often rude and confrontational. Well What-A-Burger, 8 guess I'll give you another shot. Or just give up on getting any decent food from a fast food...
Read moreThis is the worst customer service at a sonic that I have ever received. Three times I have placed a mobile order and charged for items that were out of stock, only to be told that since it was a mobile order the store could not issue a refund and I had to call a corporate number.
When we call the corporate number we are told they cannot issue a full refund because we received some correct items, and partial refund for the missing items is against policy.
Their solution each time is to offer digital coupons/gift cards through the app, but these items never arrive. So over three incidents I have never been compensated for the items I have paid for.
The store management will not help and corporate customer service will not help. I've been a long time sonic customer, but this experience at this store has turned me and my family away from sonic this from now on.

Read moreThis was my SECOND time coming here and ordering my fav Orange Cream Slushie and the young lady brought me a cup that was not full. This drink is $4 for a small. Some locations use the bubble top lid and some use regular drink lid but either way they USUALLY are overflowing. So this time I said something. I asked her to please finish filling up the cup, it's a whole inch n half from the top !! So she looked at me crazy but she took it inside and brought it right back out and it was full but it was runny and it's not supposed to be but at this point I was afraid to send it back thinking they'd put something in it out of spite, so I just drove off.
