Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Humble

Pulled up to the drive thru window there was only one car ahead of me so I was already happy that I would t have to wait long for a couple of classic $5 pizzas. Instead when I pulled up to have my order taken. I saw a man in a apron organizing the 20 oz. Sodas I thought to myself does this man not see me here so i honked my horn since i couldn't reach the window to knock and he ignored me the gentleman at the front counter who's name is justin saw my face and me waving my hand he continued to keep working getting the order for the person at the counter mind you that had walked in while I was in the drive thru and was able to walk out before .e while I'm still sitting there window has yet to be opened by to my knowledge now was the manager on duty Samuel Rivera he continued to organize all the sodas which I thought was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable on his part being that I'm sure as a manager if the only other employee was on the counter busy but yet working both registers he should have helped and took it upon himself to open the window and take my order and money at least! I couldn't believe how his face was completely blank either no impathy even as he took my order after I complained he just looked at me like if I wasnt right about the situation. I mean I was even told to pull up to wait for my pizzas and get told thank you by the younger gentleman justin whi was nice by the way and understating way more than the manager Samuel was I mean that's a shame when the employees look relieved to hear that I was going to voice my opinion on this incident. He came out to give me my pizzas and told me he deals with alot of stress on the job and it's sad that the manager didn't feel the need to put an example of good customer service by simply taking my order and working as a team with his employee on shift. Please do contact me about this because I hope things get better and that manager learns what's more important than organizing a few sodas...

I want to give a negative 5 stars, I had to contact headquarters and leave a message, so when they contact me back I will update... so I called in for the extra most bestest sausage, I was told it would be ready in 10 to 15mins, was there and they were busy so I had to wait about another 10mins, (I was ok with that) but the problem was once they actually got to me, they had forgotten to make my pizza, when I finally did get it 45 mins later, it was dry like it had been setting for awhile, and there was very little cheese, you could see through to the crust everywhere, I was so upset, I complained to the manager (Allen) I might as well have been talking to the wall, he kept telling me he didnt know what to tell me, he said he couldn't give me another pizza to replace it, not even a pepperoni, he said they don't do that, I said you could at least give me a coupon for a discount the next time, to try to help rectify the situation, and he tried to correct my grammar, and said you mean "reconcile" he said no they don't do that either, a girl came from the back to hear what we were talking about then went to the back and was laughing and dancing like a little kid, then he asked me to leave!! Omg, I will be making sure that headquarters talks to me, this is NOT acceptable!!! As for Allen, he is either not qualified to be management, or needs more training in handling customer complaints, and customer service.

Ok I said I will update: the district manager called me, and apologized, listened to my story then looked at the cameras to confirm some of the things I said to be true, so he could address the situation, offered me 2 pizzas and breadsticks, told me what days to go in to get them to avoid the manager until he can retrain him, he was very nice and seemed to handle the situation, In have not seen the girl employee since, I have seen the manager, not sure if he is still in that...

I've been to Little Caesars Pizza in Humble a few times a year,usually when I have a coupon from T-Mobile Tuesday or some other coupon source. The pizza is decent for the price, and the multimeat pizza is my favorite. Today, I tried the thin crust, and it was great. The thin crust adds a good texture to the pizza.
