Waffle House — Restaurant in Humble

Went there this morning with my family for breakfast, had to wait 10 minutes which to me isn't even the problem. Got seated, placed our drink orders, waitress came back with just the 2 waters for my daughters, then we asked were the rest of the drink order was, she then proceeded to say, oh yah, BRB, came back with my wife's sweet tea, still no coffee for me.

She comes back again to place the food orders, reminded her yet again about my coffee and my small orange juice, takes the food orders. She finally brings my coffee, no spoon or cream. At this point I'm like you know, I will be amazed if we get our full order correct. Did not surprise me one bit, food started to come, the girls ordered kids breakfast simple stuff, wife ordered the all star breakfast. Me I ordered triple order hashbrowns all the way minus the gravy(it's good), with a side of bacon and wheat toast, simple order.

I get my order, like half of the ingredients are missing, no chili, no cheese. My toast never came after asking politely if I could receive it, never came, she then gets nasty with me because she placed the order with the cook, doesn't understand why or what I'm complaining about?

Long story short, out of a 28 dollar bill, I only got 3 dollars off from my bill, I even talked to the manager and that is all they could give me, 3 whole dollars, when I had to keep asking for my coffee, orange juice, toast, and creamer, along with why my order was missing half of the...

3 weeks ago beginning of August. Ummm this needs some work. Go into the restaurant nowhere to sit as usual. A manager gets up from a corner table they were working at so we could finally sit down. We sat ourselves so no menus! No waitresses coming by our table for 15min! My friend gets up and grabs 2 menus from another booth. 10 more min pass nothing. Finally we get service. We place our order for breakfast. My friend gets a mixed bowl and an oj, I order 2 scrambled eggs, bacon doubled, hashbrowns with cheese, toast, Chocolate milk, and a water. 25 more min pass....Really we were the last people to walk in and everyone else was already eating! Finally get our food considering togo boxes as we are going to be late for work now! My friends meal was correct. I received 2 scrambled eggs, grits or cream of wheat with butter all over it, and a waffle with my chocolate milk. Hmmmm..... missing some items and received wrong items. Waitress took everything back and brought out 2 eggs transfered to another plate 2 strips of bacon. I was told the rest had to be prepared. 15 more minutes pass i get everything but the extra bacon. I told them screw it! Ate what I could and left. 35min late for work! So much for fast service!

I have eaten at many Waffle Houses and was bragging to my friend how good this place was. Well not this one in particular now! Planning on never coming back...

Just visit this place last night/this morning. There were two men working there and the men had been there 48hrs already(UNDERSTAFF and OVERWORKED). Those guys seem to be under PAID and we know they are Shame on you Whoever owns this Waffle House. There was people there when we enter so of course we sat down and waited we was hungry. it took 30 mins or more for them to take our order. There was 8 people in our group, we waited 2 hours or more for our food. While we were sitting there was people coming in sitting down but of course they left because the guys couldn't get to them because they were busy and couldn't get to them. By the time our food made it to the table first off the presentation of it looked horrible and the taste was even worst. We order porkchops with our breakfast because the breakfast are one the items I really use to enjoy when I ate there. The Chops tasted freezer burnt nothing like the Waffle House use to serve(SMH). I know our experience is not everyone else but come on Mr. Waffle House owner you know better so do better. This place is losing out because you refuse to take care of business at this Location. If I could add Pictures I would but threw my food in the trash. I HATE wasting food and money and I did both in one night. Those guys were amazing they kept their cool in the midst of it all.
