Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Humble

November 8th 9:45 at night hung up on two calls from me while I was calling and asking for help on finding a lost item of mine so I wouldn't have to drive up here in case it wasn't here she hung up on me twice in a row within less than 30 seconds of each call and instead of getting her name from her own mouth I had to get it from her coworkers because whenever I directly asked her after I drove down here for her name she walked away from me and began sweeping the back of the store and whenever her co-worker walked up to her and asked for her spelling of her name she said I don't know and then walked away. On the first call I asked her to help me find a card and see if it was in the vault or if it was stored anywhere. She immediately said no and said there weren't any cards and I said well could you at least check and see if it's maybe stored in the vault or something like that and then she said to me no again. Then I asked who is there any managers I could probably do it or are you the manager for the night and she said no there are no managers for the night. I was just like really because that's exceedingly strange and then she said the only manager for the night is in the restroom. Then I said "seriously you guys don't have a manager for the night." and then she started talking in the background and said oh he's not even in the restroom and then immediately hung up on me. Then on the second call I said "do I really have to come up there and ask for help so that I can wind up seeing if at least I left my card there." and she said "what." and then I said do "I really have to come up there and ask for help in come up there to do that." and then she immediately hung up on me again. Isela was her name and I talked the next morning with her district manager who helped me get my card and took a down my information of the incident and sadly still hasn't informed me or helped past the report. I really want to get better help surrounding this incident I was surprised when the dm took down my information and it's been over a month and hasn't contacted me so I would like some better help with this if possible. I would take this down had I received better help but I haven't so...

Honestly , the food was good. However . That was after it was remade not once not twice but 3 times ‘

I came through drive through and ordered a spice chicken sandwich no pickles with extra spicy sauce. .I told the lady just the sandwich at the speaker . She kept repeating just the sandwich or combo ? I kept saying just the sandwich she repeats AGAIN “ ma’am just the sandwich or combo !?” I told her once again the sandwich only . Once I got my food I also left but something told me to check my food. I looked and I got a chicken sandwich with SO MUCH MAYO . White mayo . No spicy sauce . I go inside and let the lady know she asked was it regular I said no spicy she asked the lady to remake it . Again the lady out mayo. They told her. I just spicy sauce no mayo . She goes to do it again ! Before I told the lady is she still putting mayo? After the 3rd try she got it right and I left. Everyone was bad with English even the only fluently English speaking worker told me “ I don’t know what to tell her they don’t speak English” that’s fine and all but someone has to in some way beable to be there for them to be trained on how to make...

My honey just got home with my nuggets from the Popeye's on Will Clayton Parkway in Humble TX and these nuggets are horrible! They taste as if they were fried in old grease and they are not spicy at all. Also, there was no sauce. Which may or may not have been my honey's fault. Just so you know, these nuggets were my favorite from this location before they took them off the menu. Therefore, I know that this location is capable of excellent service and a great product. However, the product received today was unacceptable. If I wanted regular nuggets, he could have stopped at 100 places before sitting in a ton of traffic caused by the Jr Olympics at Humble High School. In addition, I tried to call to report my dissatisfaction with these nuggets to the location direct, but they didn't even have the courtesy to answer the phone. Therefore, I felt compelled to leaving my review online expressing my dissatisfaction for the whole world to see.
