This isn't all of it but this is the reason I'm leaving the review so I'll just leave this here.Juana (i guess that's how it's spelled) is so rude and disrespectful I damn near went to the store to correct her about how quick it can be done. Supposed to have sent someone to pick up the whole order because of how she handled an already unpleasant situation. On top of that they never showed up and I've been trying to get the refund she said I had to wait on the manager to receive and haven't and it's a week shy of a month. Called back tonight about it and ask for a manager... Guy (Jose) proceeds with the call acting like he is the manager then passes the phone to rude Juana who then after asking about details of the order gives the phone back to him and he then says he don't know how to do it could I take an order of equal value. No I say still want a refund.. I then say so you must not be the manager... He then says no he'll be here tomorrow 🤦... beyond ridiculous. The workers are so incompetent I'll never order there again! If the pizza was any good we'll never know. Also pulling your menus from our lobby and will not be sending anyone else that way.
UPDATE.. A WEEK HAS GONE BY AGAIN... STILL CAN'T REACH A MANAGER. WAS TOLD HES THERE IN THE MORNINGS ONLY FROM 9 TO 11 USUALLY AND I WOULD HAVE TO KEEP CALLING AND TRY AND "CATCH" HIM WHILE HES THERE. ... tl;dr
Almost 3x’s delivery time from quote ( 97 vs 30), forgot stuff, and the pie was lukewarm (at best) when it got to me. Avoid; they have EARNED 3.4 stars.
My 1st, and probably only, experience with Yustis:
I was quoted 35 minutes for my online order of pizza, beverages, and dessert. I tipped in advance because why not?
Over an hour and a half later, 97 minutes exactly, I get my cold pizza, 2 drinks and no dessert.
The restaurant said they could bring it back later, but I opted to just have them keep it. I was referred to Beyond Menu to handle my billing concern, since they either couldn’t or wouldn’t handle it themselves. Beyond Menu graciously agreed to a refund, advised that they could remove the drivers tip if I wanted, and after contacting the store, said my next order would have a discount. I advised the Beyond Menu helpline that because of this 1st experience, the discount is moot since there wouldn’t be a 2nd experience.
They called me back and gave this order a further 5% discount.
Avoid at all costs. This business pairing cost me time, money, and was completely frustrating and inept.
This is the first review where I would’ve left 1/2 of a star if possible.
If you’ve read this far, yeah, my bad for not paying attention to the 3.4 rating they have at the time of this review...

When I called to place the order I verified that they delivered to my area and that the delivery charge was $2.00 and was told yes. I told the man on the phone that I wanted the $22.95 pizza and wing special that was shown on line. He told me okay. When the woman showed up with the food the bill was almost $5.00 more than it should have been. When I questioned it she finally called the store and was speaking in Spanish to the gentleman. She then handed me the phone and the gentleman started speaking to me in Spanish. I asked him if he spoke English but he stated "no, only Spanish" which is funny because he spoke English when he took my order. Luckily, I speak Spanish. I questioned the cost and he informed me that the delivery charge was actually $4.00 not $2.00 and that the cost of the wings had increased so my bill was higher. After discussing it for a few minutes, he finally took off around $2.00. I gave up arguing with him because my Granddaughters were hungry so I paid for it. Then the driver didn't have the correct change so I lost on that. THEN to top it all off, the food was HORRIBLE. The sauce tasted off. The olives tasted old and the wings were overcooked.
