Arby's — Restaurant in Humboldt

I went to Arby's in Humboldt on Nov 3rd I sat at the drive thru for almost 30 minutes only to find out(after parking my car and going in) that the 2nd speaker did not work but they took the first 2 cars order without hesitation.The manager there didn't even have the decency to put a sign on it or anything! There were cars behind me as well. After going in the workers were moving at a snails pace like they didn't want to be there. Told me that the speaker had been down all day but that was a total lie. All together I spent over an hour there trying to get food for my family. I do not recommend this Arby's to anyone. This is not my first disaster here. I tried to give them another chance but it didn't work out!!! I don't know the manager name because she wasn't wearing a badge but I was there from 6pm til 7:01 waiting on food!...

So I’ve been to this Arby’s one or two other times before tonight, and I hate to say it, but the food was not great. The wait was ridiculous for maybe one car other than mine. And I don’t remember much other than that since I decided I wouldn’t be going there to eat. Well, tonight, something came over me, and I really wanted Arby’s. So I decided I would give this location another shot. Just the customer service alone, I knew I wanted to leave a review immediately. The two working the window deserves it! A man took my order, and he was great! Polite, customer friendly, and offered add ons, etc. Then a lady was at the window taking money/giving food, and again, great customer service. If one of those two aren’t a manager, they definitely deserve a promotion. And I have to admit the food quality was better...

I ordered at the drive-through and the young man was impatient and RUDE. When I pulled up to pay i tried to tell him I was confused because he told me the price for a meal instead of just a sandwich and fries and he said “No ma’am I did NOT”. But yes, ya did. He was so rude and angry acting, and told me - without looking at me - to pull around to the door. (What? I guess they can’t hand food out the window?). There was no line behind me…nobody. Anyway, I waited quite a while and I thought - no WAY am I eating the food they are back there preparing for me taking this long. Nope. I straight up DONATED over $13 to that place and will...
