Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Huntersville

Hi all. Watch out!!!!! I have been going to this location for a very long time. Usually they give good service and quality food. I was spending 100+ a month. Not a lot I know. Lol. I noticed over last few week their quality is going down, little things, they pre lose store early, maybe the bread is a lil ehh. Well I had my first bad sandwich. If you get an item that isn’t up to snuff , they will argue and not stand by any promise to make it right. They will only say not my problem or it’s your fault. I did try to calm and email and they really don’t care. I will start going next door to Publix or harris teeter and just get subs there. Recommended others follow as well as this location lost their freaky love and passion. Sad...

First....AND LAST TIME! I walked in to a hello. Period. No one was in the place except the 3 staff members gossiping with each other. I ordered a turkey blt......i was told the price, then the girl who made the sandwich slapped the sub in my hand. No bag, no ask if i wanted anything else, nothing. I had to ask for a bag!

OH AND IT WAS LETTUCE, 2 SLICES OF TOMATO, ONE SLICE OF TURKEY....

AND NO BACON!

By the time i got home i was too tired and pissed to bother driving all the way back!

My worst subway experience was better than this! At least i got food!

I've always liked Jimmy Johns. I feel as though my sandwiches are always fresh and the service is great but today was the complete opposite. I tried to place an order for delivery online where they were having "technical issues" so I had to call to place my order. The lady on the phone was very rude and short with me. The driver arrived to drop off my sandwich and he REAKED like cigarettes along with my food! And the kicker is that it tastes like they used yesterday's bread for my sandwich. Definitely worst experience at...
