DONT DO IT I WAS FALSELY ACCUSED OF THREATS! So Iām never going to this location again. While ordering the cashier (I guess new) continued to rudely say āwhat! What did you just say? What?ā After finally getting the drinks ordered Maevan makes 2 of the drinks and when I inform her that the drinks were made wrong and it was ok just put the Carmel down the sides she says āyou didnāt pay for that itās extra but okā at this point Iām annoyed I tell her I can go pay for it thatās fine she responds āI didnāt ask you to do that Iām just letting you knowā. I let her know itās not necessary to bring it up repeatedly if you donāt need me to pay. She keeps mumbling and puts the wrong lid on the drink. Her response to the wrong lid was āI was distracted by your attitudeā at this point Iām livid. I let her know that she is very lucky I donāt curse her out. While Iām talking to the manager on duty, Maevan says āyou said you would beat me upā. NEVER DID THAT CROSS MY LIPS! Iām a grown woman that knows law. Practice it. Who in their right mind would threaten to beat up an employee and not expect the police to be called. That doesnāt make sense. The fact the would accuse me of saying something like that is disgusting and as a Black woman I am extremely offended. For her to even have the thought to lie and accuse me of something like that is beyond me. I plan to speak with upper management promptly on Monday. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNow I rarely make reviews but this is a problem at this location. Now the workers are friendly, the coffee is great, I mean come on itās Starbucks. This is strictly about the mobile order option. I have been to this location about 5 times and each time Iāve had to wait about 45 minutes for my order. While the app always says itās 9-12 minā¦DO NOT BELIEVE IT, you will wait! Take today for instance I ordered at about 8:05am, as of 8:43 still no order so had to cancel as I had somewhere to be. Now cancelling was super easy and I did get my refund, but again the point is they need to do something in regards to this issue. People want their coffee, I donāt know if itās possible to turn off mobile order when they see there getting backed up. I mean I walked in and there where like 30 people standing/sitting and waiting for orders, thatās ridiculous. The whole point of mobile ordering is to be able to walk in and get your order and walk right back out w/ minimum wait. Now yes I know today was the free red cup day, but again as stated earlier this is a repeat offense at this location. Also another thing I get customer service, but having casual conversation with a customer when you have a line and itās that busy is a no no. Morning time (anywhere between 6:30 to 9:30) it turns into a completely different place. Dirty floors and bathroom. Not rude but definitely not pleasant staff and you'll be lucky if you get your order in less then 25 minutes.
To be fair, This is the busiest Starbucks I've ever seen in the morning with 8-12 people waiting on their orders and 8-12 more waiting to order.
but, They have been like this for more than a year and they don't seem to change much. I've seen 6 different morning staff teams in the past 6 months but it seems like they have not found the A team for the morning rush.
On a personal note, I usually stop by the store and order inside. This takes 20-30 minutes of wait time. So I decided to order on the app 10 minutes before I arrive and just pick it up. well.... I did this 4 times. The first 3 times I had to mention my order after 15 minutes of waiting inside. the last time, today, I waited for 30 minutes and left. gotta call and get a refund.
