Customer service here is unmatched. My family and I ordered breakfast this morning through their mobile app. When we arrived we were told that one of our items was going to take 12 minutes before it would be ready. Unfortunately, we did not have that time to wait as my two month old was screaming in the back seat and my toddler was yelling that she was hungry. I opted for a refund And decided we would just return home. Your team instead got all of our food ready aside from the one item that would take too long to have prepared and provided us with gift cards to make up for the situation/the item that we could not get. Read moreWow what an amazing experience we had today! This was our 3rd time at this CFA and each time has been good but today was above and beyond! My child's water cup started leaking and one of the workers instantly came over to help and brought him a new water cup! Then a little later we got ice cream cones and my other child accidentally dropped his cone. I gave him mine and went to ask someone for a mop. The worker, Bill, came over cleaned up the mess and then brought me another cone! I thought this was above and beyond!! CFA was not responsible for my child dropping the cone but for them to replace it was so generous! Also thankful they have a book section outside of the playground! We could have been treated like an inconvenience or frustration but at one point Bill even said they were just thankful we brought our kids!...

My last two visits were subpar for the quality standard Chick-fil-A has set nationwide.
