Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Huntertown

This is a brand new location to our area, we arrived around 2pm, there was one other couple in the restaurant, dining in, there was no one before us in line. We waited in line for over 2 minutes before anyone made their way to us. There were three employees in the store and two of them were on their phones and the other was just standing there just kind of staring at us, then he washed his hands and stood around for a bizarre amount of time very slowly putting on his gloves.

When he finally came over, he washed very soft spoken and basically whispering, the portion sizes were comical, and even we just said okay, we’ll do double portions and that was even significantly less than their normal portions at other locations. He made no eye contact with us and just appeared incredibly uncomfortable. All the while behind him the other two employees are still on their phone and the chicken was burning on the grill, lol.

When my company asked for fresh birria bc the pan was empty and the spoon was scraping the bottom of the pan the employee got all bent when asked for fresh, like he was buying our food or something, he didn't realize we were together while he took the bowl away with fresh rice in it and slammed it in the trash after saying it'll be 15 minutes for fresh. Some other guy showed up and said we have birria right here. Anyway I got the carne asada. The steak was overcooked and nearly impossible to eat. The steak was fatty, grisly, and nearly impossible to chew, I had to keep pulling it out of my mouth bc I couldn't chew it and it was choking me. The chimmichuri sauce was so salty it ruined my already inedible carne asada bowl. The aguas frescas were amazing and so was the queso blanco with chips. I have not had Chipotle in 5 years and now I remember why. After living in a hotel room for 10 days the last thing I wanted was an overpriced inedible plate of food. Very...

Who ever come to eat anything here … be prepared for small portions , kids size bowl Went to grab a salad from this new location and the employee who made my food was rude I told him I want a salad bowl with chicken beans and every scoop was so small I had to ask for a double chicken and even the 2nd scoop was small like do I need to begged for food ? Bowl were like $17 for kids meal size RIDICULOUS!!! I told them I don’t want the bowl anymore I’ll go to eat somewhere else who appreciate our money Learn how to give customer more food and a decent scoop sizes for almost $20 bowl
