The worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered two medium blizzards. Received them half full. When trying to order they were screaming and laughing into the speaker. The girl at the window shut the window on my husband. Called and spoke to Jackson. Who did not put me on hold. So I could hear the whole conversation he was having with his manager Amanda. Who told him to hang up on me. She then got on the phone with an awful attitude. Said that she was told by the owner that they are not allow to give full servings. Before I could respond she hung up. They never get our order right. Order a chocolate malt, get a shake. It never fails, every single time we go to this location, they screw something up. Chocolate shakes are too runny, the consistency of milk. Another time my daughter ordered a cake shake, husband ordered a chocolates malt: daughter got malt In her cake shake, husband got cake in his malt-but no malt. Another night husband ordered a flame thrower burger, and got a completely different burger. After getting runny shakes/malts over and over I finally complained, all I got was “sorry” no offer to remake it. I’m done. I’ll go to Culver’s down the street...

I went through the drive-through tonight to get my favorite pumpkin pie blizzard - and I asked the young lady about the maple cookie shake, she made me laugh out loud!!! She was so funny and enthusiastic about how Deeeee- licous it was!!! Like maple syrup, but the buttery kind! Her adorable enthusiasm made by night!!!
