Main’s Bakery — Restaurant in Huntingburg

Several times we've tried going here during "open" business hours yet by the time we make it into town from 30+ mins away it turns out they're closed. Shop is very small and options are somewhat limited, no cake doughnuts for example. Prices are a little steep for the quality and taste, which is subpar. Multi-day-old Krispy Kreme doughnuts at Walmart taste better and fresher than what we received today. Something tasted off, perhaps old shortening or something, but they tasted pretty bad. Texture was oily and didn't feel fresh. Unfortunately box chains can knock these doughnuts out of the water both in quality and value, so we won't be returning. Hopefully things improve for the...
