Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I stopped at this location on our way home from the beach. The guy taking the orders was very friendly over the intercom, but things turned weird once we got to the window. When I first pulled up, the guy at the window asked if someone had taken my order, to which I said yes. Then he asked me to pull into one of the parking spaces and he'd bring out our order. I was thinking no big deal. He brings out the burgers and fries first and said he'd have to run back to grab our drinks cause he only has two hands. Again, no big deal. My son likes his burgers plain. Just meat, cheese and bun. When he unwrapped is burger he realized they forgot to put cheese, so when the guy came back with the drinks, I told him that. He apologized and took it back and said he'd have them fix it. He brings it back and says, " the cook says it's correct". I open the burger and see that there is no cheese and tell him, “no it is not it is missing the cheese.” He tells me he’s confused. I tell him it’s just missing cheese. And then he tells me again “but this is what you ordered”. I tell him again, “No it is not. I wanted a famous star with meat, cheese and bun”. He still looks very confused so I say it slower and then he finally seems to understand and proceeds to run back inside to have it fixed....

I asked for a double western with a add patty they have a button for that ive always gotten it this in my first and last time coming to this location it's a waste of time going back ... I had to throw away my food took one bite and disgusted since i cant eat spicy food...except for the zucchini... If I was given a receipt I will do another negative review since this just happened I don't know why you thought double western had japhinos ( note : your standard a triple western has japhinos) not a double western add patty so don't go around changing the recipe... but thank you for wrecking my food ( just realized she put the spicy triple western she screwed up my order...so your just lazy to ring it up right so you rang up what benefits what I said this was on her then lady please look for a new job or listen to the order correctly thanks to you I threw out the food except for...
