Walk in, and the girl greets us after a long wait (there was no other customers) ... my son preceded to order and says “I’ll have a chicken bowl...” the girl throws a tortilla on the grill/ heater and we tell her, “oh, yeah we are having a chicken bowl...” she said, Oh yeah... I got that.” So we think she’s making this for someone else... then she asked what rice/ beans he wanted... He tells her and she then takes the tortilla off the grill and puts what he says onto it... he then asked me if she’s making that for him... I didn’t know so I said, “that’s not his right?” She told me that yes it’s what he ordered.. I say again that he just wants a chicken bowl, not a burrito. She said sorry then started making the bowl. Passed it onto the next person as normal and then she asked me what I’m getting... I told her “the same as my son, a. Chicken bowl” this girl starts ANOTHER TORTILLA AND FILLS IT with the rice/ and beans I wanted, I tell her that isn’t what I want, it’s a chicken bowl... absolutely no tortillas are needed. She tells me it’s for this. (and points to a receipt) “I said ok because I thought you were putting in there what I was building.” She STILL PUTS MY CHICKEN into the tortilla... FINALLY another person swoops in and asked if this is mine... I said no... I told her a few times that I’m not getting that. She apologized and fixed it. Then when I told the girl (the same one who kept messing our food up was now ringing us up.) “we are together...” she says to my son “are you paying together?” Like seriously... if this was your first day I’d tell you to quit. There’s no hope for you... quit while you...
Read moreThey skimp on the beans, rice & chicken. If you ask for more of the chicken, beans & rice (like a full spoon) they charge you extra. Several times they have charged twice for the one burrito, guessing the person at the register doesn’t know how to enter “extra” items. But worse is that you have to ask for a full spoon & then they charge you extra for it. The servers are usually either rude or don’t even engage you. Instead of saying how can I help you or what can we get started for you, they just stare at you as if we are supposed to read their mind. That’s if you can get their attention, I went in there once and watched three people behind the counter doing odd things for about 5 minutes, finally one of them looked up at me with a plate in their hand & I was supposed to know they were finally ready to serve me. I don’t know what’s going on there, but today was the last straw for me, 10 chances is more...
Read moreI had a great experience at Chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl with salsas on the side. The food was delicious! The customer service was amazing; Denise was very attentive and professional, with a smile on her face all the time. I also noticed that the general manager was there, asking customers how everything was. This reminded me of the old Chipotle. I've been a customer since 2008 and have never had a bad experience. Way to go, Chipotlians! 100% recommended.Exceptional customer service elevates the dining experience. Providing options like to-go orders and customizable sides enhances convenience. Fresh ingredients and flavorful salsas complement a classic chicken bowl. Attention to detail, such as ensuring sauces are packed separately, demonstrates care. This commitment to quality creates a positive and memorable experience for...
