A great place for kids! The ambiance is also suitable for adults to relive the kid in you. The prizes from the game points are pretty cool!
Become a gold member for the summer. You get half off on food and 250 playing points with each visit. I believe unlimited visits to boot!
The food takes a bit, but that's because it is freshly made to order. The cheese and sauce on the pizzas are perfect! The wings with the bbq sauce are delicious! My Daughter normally does not eat chicken (she thinks they're "cute"), but she went downtown on the wings. Her words, "I feel bad for the chicken, but these are too good!" Definitely worth the relatively short wait! I also recommend the Dippin Dots for dessert!
The security for the kiddos is absolutely awesome! We went on Sunday afternoon (June 2nd), and a young blonde woman (i forgot her name - so sorry) made sure that the kids that came with me, left with me.
I was wondering how this particular Chuckee is so perfect, and then I saw the manager. Hannah was everywhere! She was at the point of sale where she was advising, and taking care of customers. Then, as she was picking up trash from the floor, she greeted me with a smile. I then saw Hannah ask a couple of the younger staff to take care of the salad bar (the two were sort of standing around laughing and talking with each other). When the kids were done with the games, she ever so patiently took care of getting their prizes.
We will most certainly be frequenting this Chuckee often this summer and beyond!

Update:
So my Daughter, a couple of her friends, and I visited again yesterday, July 4th. The pepperoni pizza and BBQ Buffalo Wings were, as usual, exceptionally delicious! The salad bar is also cleanly maintained. The girls had a great time playing the wide assortment of games, including taking the pencil-drawn photo.
Julia took our order at the register. She was very courteous and professional, reviewing our order to make sure everything was perfect. Julia even took the time to say good bye once her shift ended which only added to the hospitality she had already shown us.
Kaylen worked the always secure entry/exit. She even flashed her light on the youngest girl's arm to show her how the security protocol worked. As I am disabled, Kaylen opened the door panel for me when I needed to exit and re-enter. When people were not entering or exiting, she was busy organizing what seemed like plates, utensils, etc., very close by. My Daughter also lost her game card, do we returned to look for it, and, of course, Kaylen found it for us!
This is a great place for even adults to...
Read moreI haven't been here in over 4 years and the. facility was still clean, still has a playground. They have welcoming employees from all directions, whether it be the greeters, cashiers, ticket person, server, cleaning crew, chuck-e himself, the kids and us moms loved them all. It's spacious, you don't feel like you're bumping into other people while playing games, there's a lot of places to sit, but we did come during the weekday. I'm not sure how packed it gets if we went during the weekend, but we enjoyed it. The kids played around all day and I felt safe letting them roam without us moms being there right beside them knowing that there wasn't going to be a way where they can escape without the worker checking their arms first. Pizza is good as always. I would recommend being on their emailing list, there's always specials that they mail out. One thing I could say is a tiny downfall is the fact that you guys don't have trash cans. I don't know if I missed it and it was around the corner somewhere, but I wanted to throw away my cup. I didn't feel as if that should be your duty to clean up my table like that, but I guess the reason why is probably because people were throwing away the pizza tray or something. I don't know. Anyways, we'll be back! Thank you all for your welcoming hospitality, I wished the other Chuck E. Cheese's around you were...
Read moreWe were excited to check out the new Chuck E. Cheese after our daycare accidentally received a flyer for a “VIP ribbon cutting” with pizza, drinks, trampolines, and unlimited games. Unfortunately, when we showed up, we were told the event was for “content creators and social media influencers” only — so even though we felt invited, we were not actually included. Instead, we were given a 30-minute play card and cups and told we could purchase food and trampoline access. As community members who brought our kids expecting a celebration, it was discouraging to be excluded. If the plan was to host an exclusive event, it would have been better to hold it after hours rather than promoting it in a way that reached local families. The check-in and check-out process was also very disorganized, with kids running in and out without parents — which is concerning since Chuck E. Cheese is usually known for strong child safety. On top of that, several machines were already not working, which is surprising for a brand-new location. We wanted to celebrate this opening as a community, but instead we left disappointed. Hopefully management improves communication, safety, and maintenance...
