Actually no, I am a real person. I went with my nephew to his friend‘s party and was told by his mom that they were over booked and wouldn't be able to play. Why, did you tell her she was booked and never asked for a deposit and still had her Come in. The staff was nice and even tried helping us get all the boys over to the escape room. Which we were also told was over booked. You don't know how to run a business. The fact YOUR employees apologized and stated you always over book in case someone cancels and then you also don't communicate with them should of been a big red flag for us. Also please do not harrass my nephew’s friend’s mom with a-text about suing her because we reviewed our experience with your business. I booked for my son's birthday and showed up only to be told they had no room for us and that they didn't know we were booked for the day.
