Fiesta grill is one of those places that I think you need to try for yourself. I'm a bit picky when it comes to tacos and tamales, and I was a little disappointed. I got an order of the baja fish tacos, and it was just okay. The fish tasted fresh, but the taco lacked a little bit of flavor. It was a pretty decent portion for the price, but I was definitely still a bit hungry. I also got two tamales, one chicken and one beef. They looked disgusting when I opened the box, but didn't taste that bad. They were a very interesting twist on the traditional tamales you see at most places, but I was hoping for more normal tamales. The texture was a bit hard, but the chicken/beef inside was seasoned so well that its hard to complain. The sauce and the cheese were also really delicious, so it made for a great meal. The horchata was delicious, if just a bit overpriced. The restaurant is a little cramped, especially during rush hours, as they are very popular. I would definitely recommend trying it!

Fiesta Grill is the perfect local, "hole in the wall" Mexican restaurant that serves up authentic Mexican plates with generous portions and reasonable prices. We never eat there but instead order online using Seamless. I love their shrimp tacos! They use midsized shrimp, fresh ingredients and it is so stuffed, they have to use two tortillas to hold it together. Bring it! My son loves a simple bean and cheese burrito with lettuce and tomatoes. This is like a baseball bat and good for two meals. That's saying a lot since this kid is a bottomless pit. You can always tell a great Mexican restaurant by their salsa. It is fresh and chunky and my go-to when I want excellent salsa in my fridge... worth buying on its own. Anytime family is in town to enjoy the sand and surf, we also want Fiesta Grill when we don't feel like going out or cooking in. Always an excellent choice and the best little authentic Mexican restaurant of its type in Surf City. Maybe in all of O.C.

Fiesta Grill is a Huntington Beach treasure. It’s location on 17th street makes it easy to park and sit outside. The staff is great and get the orders ready fast. The food is excellent ! Traditional great Mexican food. Everyone has their favorite meal there and share their enthusiasm for their favorite. I love the potato tacos- with the soft shell. It’s delicious and healthy. Enjoy it Now ! It’s going to be busier when the park opens at the old senior center. The potato taco is delicious - tastes great with their salsa and love the crispy wrap. The owner is always busy and it’s normally very busy there but it’s worth the wait. The chips are crispy and delicious
