First Class Pizza — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Their pizzas are good but their customer service is horrible. Owner is great but his his staff and manager are rude to customers without cause and yell at customers for any reason.

If you want a refund, recieve a bad/wrong order, didn't end up liking their food or if you say anything they don't agree with, you get yelled at and hung up on.

They're even rude to people who leave bad reviews. Check them out.

The main problem is their staff and manager misunderstand customers and don't want to be accommodating but instead of trying to provide better service, correct their mistakes or try to make customers happy - they'd rather blame customers and yell at them or ban them fir no legitimate reason.

Aren't customers especially the regulars what's keeping you in business? We were regular customers but if they don't care if they're rude to us due to their own misunderstanding they'll be rude to anyone.

You'll just lose any customers you have left and have to shut down like the other 3 pizza places that closed down at that same location. Difference is they were actually nice.

Again the owner is great but he needs to do something about his staff ESPECIALLY the manager he's the worst one.

Best host ever kevin !! Me and my son dropped of one of our turo rentals and were walking by first class pizza we decided instead of going to 7-Eleven we would buy a pizza best decision ever. We stepped inside. We were greeted by Kevin. He took our order and it was to go then I realized I had to wait for my wife to pick us up so we decided to dine in he brought us plates forks, knives, and napkins and we started to eat as we were eating. My son had drank my drink, and I was choking on the red pepper flakes I had on my pizza. Kevin went out of his way to give me and my son a can drink. On the house this is by far the best service, the best host and one of the best pizzas I’ve ever ate. I’d like to thank Kevin and his great customer service for such an amazing experience. Thanks...

Our first visit, we had the meatball sandwich and it was unspeakably, no words exist for this masterpiece, hands down the best sandwich we've ever eaten! The next 2 times we ordered the sandwich it was far less enjoyable, but still pretty damn good.

The next item on the menu we explored was the BBQ Chicken pizza. It was beyond higher than our expectations and made to complete perfection.

Both items were game-changing for us and our struggle to find quick, affordable, somewhat healthy fast food..... tonight we are ordering the BBQ Chicken Pizza again but adding artichoke hearts and pineapple. I'm sure we'll be just as pleased as the last time.

No luck needed!!!....this establishment has got this street style family ran pizza pub idea down .... PERFECT!...
