Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I ORDERED A PIZZAS ONLINE , GOT AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH SO i CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT. THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST 40$ SO i CALL AND SAY HEY YOU GUYS SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER WASN'T PROCESSED BUT YOU STILL TOOK 40 FROM MY ACCOUNT. THE GUY SAY LET ME TAKE YOUR ODER OVER THE PHONE, IM LIKE COOL THAN HE WANTS MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER SO THEY CAN CHARGE ME AGAIN. i SAID ALREADY PAID YOU HE SAYS WE DON'T SEE IT SO WE HAVE TO CHARGE YOU. i GO DOWN TO PIZZA HUT AND SHOW HIM MY BANK APP THAT SHOWS THE MINUS 37.50 AND THE KID STARTS SCROLLING THRU MY PURCHASES !!!!! HE CALLS CORPORATE SO i CALL CORPORATE THEY SAY YEAH WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND, GREAT ILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR PIZZA SHE ASK FOR MY ADDRESS THEY ARE GOING TO PROCESS ARE GOING TO REFUND IN 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAY !!!!! Ordered delivery, order arrived with 1 item missing, 1 item burnt and 1 item wrong. I tried calling 4 separate times, even had my call transferred by customer service and no answer. I drove over with the burnt and wrong items making delivery useless. When I walked in 2 guys came from around the corner and I explained the situation. The wrong pizza was supposed to be a thin crust and I pointed it out, one guy responds with “that’s hand tossed” well duh, that’s why it’s wrong. He asked if I wanted a credit and I told him a remake of the issues would be fine. The other guy took the pizza and cookie and put it back in the hot box which is gross in itself. But as I was sitting there waiting for the remake the phone rang. 1 guy is boxing up my order while the other kid sat in the office chair playing on his cell phone ignoring the ringing phone sitting next to him. Ordered over the phone a large pan fried pizza today on Halloween. It was chaos when we arrived to pick up, because their system was down. Customers were irate, and it didn't help that no one there spoke any English. When we ordered our pizza, we requested that our pizza be extra crispy, but it was actually extra soggy. Normally the pizza is crispy even if we don't request it to be extra crispy, but thought it was off that the one time we ask for extra crispy, it is soggy.

Our pizza was also not in one piece. It looked as if soneone took a slice out, then tried to put it back, or perhaps they dropped it or something. They offered to make a new pizza, bit we didn't have 15-20 min to wait.

We always order here with no issues. Must just be an off night with the system down, and non-English speaking staff. Usually there soneone there who...
