Pollo Campero — Restaurant in Huntington Park

0 stars !! Worst experience I’ve had! All workers looked unhappy to be there I understand how frustrating it can be but , the worst part was not that they looked bothered it was the fact that they were rude !! Cashier was lazy to even speak had my husband repeat our order multiple times! Employees working in the back were arguing among each other and some even showing Instagram posts while they stood there. My number was called so I walked up to the counter employee saw I was given the number to be sat down and they had some of my food in a bag as if it were for take out . I was not bothered at all I didn’t even get the chance to say a word when she rolled her eyes grabbed a tray and proceeded to slam my food on the tray and pours the condiments out the bag onto the tray!! I was in such disbelief I had to walk back to my table . A few minutes later another employee came over with my food she was the employee who I also noticed was doing the cleaning meaning she was touching dirty tables and pick up trash with the same gloves she was handling my food . Regardless of it that last employee who brought me food was the one who I saw was doing the most work there and she still managed to look happier then the rest of the lazy employees at the register and kitchen !! VERY DISAPPOINTED! To top it off the food was horrible mashed potatoes had no flavor chicken was bad , French fries has so much oil they were floppy ! Food was really expensive for it not to be good such a waste of money will never be returning here . It appears that I’m not the only one who thinks this what a shame that nothing has been done to correct this , this restaurant needs...

Arrived Friday night (4/12/2019) around 8pm, waited in line about 15 minutes. Began to order but was told they don't have any chicken and it would be 20 minutes before any would be ready. Decided to wait, (specified that on one order we wanted 3 legs) and continued with the order although they were out of several side items. We ordered what we could and 30 minutes later we got plates full of fries we didn't order minus the items we actually requested and all thighs. We reminded the cashier that one order was to be all legs. She brought back the correct side items and three legs. To top everything off all of the chicken except for one leg was cold! WHAT WAS THE POINT OF WAITING 30 MINUTES FOR...

Never a again will I be attending this place!! The fact that they took long to give my boyfriend and i our food, we had order two small meals that are one leg , one thigh, and a side. My boyfriend asked them twice about our food and they said “we will take it right now” never came. We still waited but we seen the people behind us that were in line had already got their food, but we patiently waited. Until I told my boyfriend let’s just tell them that it’s to go the food, we did tell them but yet they were making the food for us to eat inside until we reminded them it’s to go. Never did they even bother to start with our food once we had order it. Bad...
