McDonald's — Restaurant in Huntington

This Mcdonalds is the worst one around and if I would recommend any of them, it would be the one by the 64 exit/on ramp. Everytime I go they always mess my simple order up. The receipt will tell what Iorder but what I get are 2 different things. The burgers taste and feel like they have been setting pit for hours. They dont put any ketchup or mustard on them. I ask for no pickle, extra onion but always get the opposite. I give them a chance about once every 2 months to see if they are doing any better but its always the same. One of the worst experiences I had with any restaurant was this one. It was abput 2 years ago and was the morning manager. She was the rudest person I had ever met. She tried putting my $8 and some change in the tip box without me saying to. When I confronted her about it, she said I could leave and not recieve anything and said she wouldnt refund my money neither. I bet I have 6-7 "free orders" in their book because of their mistakes. This is the worst MacDonalds in the area no question about it. If you go there after 9pm you may not even get service. It's actually funny what these people will do to keep customers from coming there..First, they don't turn outside lights on at night so people will just drive on by thinking they are closed. Secondly, they place the orange cones in one of the drive thrus so it forces the line to quickly build up to the road so people won't go there. Next, ( this one is my favorite) when you pull up to order, a voice will say " I'm sorry we not currently taking orders our wifi is down so we can't take orders" lmao. Or, a voice will say " hello we are having some trouble with our debit card machine so we cannot take orders" lmao. I replied and said " well what if I have cash, can I order and pay with cash?? This McDonald’s has went down over the last 2 years I remember the food always being fresh hot and the workers having good customer service now it’s totally different my food is never fresh or hot anymore and the workers get attitudes when you ask them to fix something I just bought a cheese burger 2 fries and 6 piece and 2 mchickens with cheese nugget my fries are cold and hard and my cheese burger is also old and hard and it wasn’t even what I ordered I got a regular cheese burger but was served a hard cheeseburger with no pickles no onions fingers prints all in the bun and this will probably be the last time I eat here and this isn’t the first time there’s one manager that always remakes my order and I also called 3 times to get my food fixed no answer and the drive...
