McDonald's — Restaurant in Huntington

Everytime I come to this location, they mess my order up somehow. The food is made very sloppily, and they seem not to pay attention to special requests. Example, I ordered a fish sandwich with no cheese tonight. Got it home, opened it up, and there's CHEESE on it. Once, I ordered a regular fish sandwich and the cheese wasn't even on the sandwich, it was laying on the crease of the box! The tartar sauce is ALWAYS only on one side, and if ever the cheese actually makes it onto the sandwich, it is also only on one side hanging off of the bread. I order sweet tea and get unsweet tea. It just gets so frustrating. I shouldn't have to taste and open up every item at the window to make sure it's correctly made. I understand things get busy. I've worked fast food before. But I never sent anything out I wouldn't be happy receiving myself. I rarely ever go to this location bc of this. Besides the fact that their service is very slow moving at the drive-thru. I go further away to 5th Avenue where they pay a little better...

Not the McDonald's I would choose to get you order correct or to have pleasant service. I've had many issues with this McDonald's and have only complained once. I ordered in the app and waited at curbside. 25 minutes rolls by and people are getting their orders left and right. I go in and ask. They don't see my order. They manager finally finds it. I hear, well just bc we don't have that coffee flavor you can't just clear off the order and forget about it. Comes back up. Says, oh we never got your order. I said, yea you did, I got a confirmation that I even received my order already. For someone who didn't have my order, he sure pulled it up and gave me a refund with attitude. One coffee, an icee, and 2 cheese burgers. I was there 45 minutes and all I got was a refund, attitude, and a lie. But I never had an attitude about my order. I just showed him he was lying and he was mad. He has zero customer service skills and clearly is the wrong choice...

This was the most unfriendly and downright rude drive-thru experience I have had in several years. The individual who took my order was certainly polite enough, although they seemed to definitely be tired or bored. (It is a drive-thru, I can't imagine it's terribly interesting.) However, when I pulled up to the window to receive my food, my polite greeting was cooly ignored - as if I hadn't spoken at all - and while the rest of my order was being prepared, the individual closed the window and then proceeded to lean against it with her back to me. Undeterred, I thanked her when she returned with my order and bid her a good day - whereupon I was again ignored as though I had said nothing. My daughter didn't receive her happy meal toy, and no one bothered to ask if we needed sauce (she asked for ketchup and didn't get that either.) The whole experience left me with a sour impression and we won't bother to return to the Huntington...
