This has to be the worst sonic location in the country. I’ve been here around 10 times, almost except drinks. Considering sonic is supposed to be one of the best places for drinks you’d think that’s what would be the most consistent. In the 10 times I’ve been to this location, I think I’ve only received the correct drink maybe twice. And it’s not like what they’ve been giving me makes sense. I order a lemonade with blue raspberry. When they mess it up, they consistently do sprite with blue raspberry or less frequently sprite with ocean water. They’ve never given me the wrong order that was lemonade. I don’t understand how there’s confusion on sprite and lemonade, and how that is confused so often. I’ve checked the receipts and it shows properly, so how is this being messed up so consistently. And I should note this has been an issue in every ordering modality, drive thru, stall orders, and mobile orders. So even when I actually tell a real person it gets messed up.
And it doesn’t help that this location is one of the slowest I’ve ever been to. Today when I went we ordered 2 drinks. That’s it. It took TWENTY MINUTES. And then when the drink got screwed up it took another 10 minutes to get the drink back. They don’t have a good way to get it fixed either. If you’re in your car at a stall, I takes forever when you ring them on the stall. I tried to go inside today and there’s no way to talk to someone unless you catch an employee running in or out. So if you want it fixed the best way is to go through to drive thru which defeats the entire purpose of going to the stalls. Not to mention, when I went inside, it was DISGUSTING. The floors were beyond sticky and dirty, the walls were covered in dirt and scuff marks; the door was covered in dirt from the employees kicking it to open and close it. The chairs were covered in dark black dust.

Prices are fairly reasonable. I always use their mobile app and order ahead. You get lower menu prices and daily deals that aren't available to you if you just order through the drive thru or order at the stall.
If you order ahead on the app you can choose a pick up time. The app will say that the kitchen will Start preparing preparing your order at your pick up time, but they do not, so don't get worried if you don't make it there by your time.
When you get there, you pull in to any stall, pull up your app, hit check in and enter your stall # and THEN they will prepare your fresh food and drink in a timely manner.
Waitress works as quick as she can. I'm not sure there's more than the one who works days during the week. Anytime I've been there she's it. She runs herself ragged back and forth between the restaurant and the stalls on both sides of it.
Only downside to the place is its a Nightmare to get in and out of unless you're in the right hand lane when you go. There's no way of turning into it coming the opposite direction trying to turn Against oncoming traffic on Rt 60 that...

We had them remake them because as soon as we got to the window they were somehow all ready like they’d just been sitting there with no one caring to take them out. We got our drinks and left when I realized my sweet tea had zero ice in it… if someone doesn’t ask specifically for no ice or light ice, they want ice! Had to go back and they made me a fresh one. We never go to this one because every single time it takes a ridiculous amount of time. When someone would rather drive ten to fifteen minutes out of their way to go to a better sonic… that’s a problem. Also, while sitting at the window I could see into the kitchen && let me tell you, filthy! Trash all over the place and the employees look like they spend more time bullsh$&!ing than working.
