Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Virginia

The drive through was packed, which, is nothing new. I patiently waited for my turn to pull up to the device to place my order. It had, at that point, been 7 minutes. Once I pulled up to place my order I was not greeted with the standard, polite greetings. The girl working was short and rude. While placing my order (3 soft tacos without cheese) she cut me off and said it would be a moment. 5 minutes later she finally came back. Still rude, but took my order. I pulled forward to see the two cars from in front of me previously. I waited about another 5 minutes until I was able to approach the window. When I finally did, the girl at the window did not even apologize for the delay. She took my payment and gave me my supposed bag of food. I thanked her and she shut the window on me.

When I got home (less than 4 minutes away) I found out that I had additional food in my bag in addition to my 3 soft tacos. I immediately called only to find out that the person working the window was the manager on duty. I advised her that I received someone's order along with mine and she said that was impossible. While speaking to this ridiculously rude woman I opened one of my tacos only to have a ton of grease leak out and onto my hand. I explained that to her, too. No apologies, nothing.

The staff sucks. They're rude, careless and uncaring. Plus, it was obvious that the food was old...

If I could rate this place ZERO STARS, I would!!! I have gone here a few times and have never had a great experience and tonight I was hoping for the best but this was the last time I will ever eat here again! I went in the drive through and gave the guy my order and the order would not show on the screen, so I asked politely what I have ordered and he purposely rudely spoked with a bad tone my order back to me as fast as he could to the point I could not understand him. NEVER has someone been so bluntly rude to me. I tried to be friendly and understandable that he must be having a bad night but to be treated in such a manner is very unprofessional and unfair to a customer that has done NOTHING wrong! I checked my order and drove home and get home to find that my overpriced $6.00 Crunchwrap supreme that I asked for no tomatoes, and shows no tomatoes on the receipt, has tomatoes! At this point I am so aggravated and angry with this Taco Bell because of the lack of care and bad customer service. I don’t believe they will...

Where else can you go and get a big fat burrito with a taco on the side at 1am? You guessed it, of course it's Taco Hell. I always order one of each, a burrito for me and a taco for the hubby. We can't forget about the nacho Supreme, hubs likes his minus beans. Minus tomato, minus sour cream, no cheese sauce, easy on the beef and add extra chips. I'm the meat eater, I'll tear up a burrito Supreme as long as there's no onions, lettuce, Tomatoes, red sauce or beans on it.. I call it the Queenie Supremette. Go ahead and order a whole mess of them. I guarantee you won't be coming back for more of the Queenie. Ask for the Creek special also. The kids live these. Bean burrito minus onions, Minus red sauce, minus beans. We call them the creek special because their never right and the kids always complain so Hubby says screw it and throws them in the creek. You'll love them if they ever...
