This location used to have excellent customer service and always put all the items that went with your order in your drive through order. We've had to waste our time calling them and gas returning here to get the forgotten jelly, syrup, burritos, burgers, shakes, napkins cutlery, biscuits, and drinks that were forgotten or we were given the wrong items. Every time we call or go up there they act like we are wasting their time and make me feel like I have to convince them that the issue happened. The only reason we were going here is the fact they are 2 minutes from our home. We went here at least 3 to 10 times a months and most of the other adults that live here too went there also because they were convenient. We spent quite a bit of money here over the last 3 years and two of us have actually worked here. Today we got two ultimate platters we did not get any forks or knives and no syrup for our pancakes. We went here for convenience so we could get breakfast and relax before work. I've asked for corporate to call us 4 times and I have not heard anything from them. This is why people will pay way more elsewhere to get what they want every time and not have to be stressed calling a curt employee. You need to listen to all of us, get your butts in gear, and fix these problems so you don't loose us to other places that seem to have their !@#$ together!!!    Read moreUsually fast friendly service, but very poor this evening. We had mobile order for drive through pickup. There were 4-6 employees outside smoking by front door when we pulled up. Then they wanted us to come in for the drive thru pickup. At window made us pull up. 15+ min later and after serving several cars, we backed up and they first acted surprised our order hadnât come out, then said it was âstill in workâ. A few minutes later handed out food, note not contactless like they handed out every other order. Overall not nice at all and just poor service, I hope store manager takes notice of whatever the problem was tonight because we normally see good friendly service here. It seemed like she didnât know how to use the register because she kept having to look up st the menu and punch in the keys very slowly. They forgot to give me two foods that I asked for. I had to drive back and get what was missing. ^but they apologized (kind of rudely) and gave me a milkshake for having to drive back^ Sure I can understand that people can mistakes.... but there was NO LINE in the restaurant or drive thru area (only one person was sitting in the eating area).
