I'm getting tired of wasting my time ordering items that you do not have. You have the capability to take items off of the menu, but you don't. Then I arrive at the restaurant and you can't give me the item and you can't refund my money. Stop wasting my time and my money! FIX THIS! ......... The food has improved and shakes have been available. Staff and management have been doing a good job. They deserve the five star rating that I'm giving them. .......... They had shakes today, but not the raspberry chocolate shake ........... Like today they rarely have shakes available. They even have an advertisement on the lit sign out front about the raspberry chocolate shake that they don't have. ................ Since I've been having a bit of luck getting milkshakes from this location, I decided to order just a milkshake this time. After waiting at the drive-thru for 25 minutes, 15 of them at the window, I asked that my order be canceled. They told me that the milkshake machine was broken and they had been trying to fix it. I bet the five cars behind me weren't happy about the milkshake machine being broken either. I was still charged for the milkshake that I didn't get. Of the three times I have been to this location, The shake machine was out of order twice. They must use the same machine that McDonald's does.

The best thing I can say about this place is that they refunded my money. The wait was about 45 minutes even though it was at 3:00 on a midweek day. Both burgers were wrong in every way and the fries were the wrong size. It took 8 calls over an hour period to reach someone. We were offered an exchange but we were not willing to wast another 1.5 hours of our life to role the dice (not considering it would have been during the dinner rush so we’re told we could have a full refund. The following weekend we returned as they opened to expedite our refund. I was met with a unpleased employee who had me wait while she thought it over and then said she would get a manager. Immediately a coworker told her she couldn’t go till the coworker had her order placed and filled. This took over 10 minutes. Finally the girl working the register left to get a manager only to return 5 minutes later with no manager in tow. After another 10-15 minutes of waiting off to the side a manager with a rotten attitude showed up and asked if I wanted a refund, did not ask for explanation of our experience or apology. Rather this woman avoided all eye contact, show of emotion or apology of any form but, rather stuffed the cash in my hand and quickly walked off without so much as a word.
