Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Huntsville

Order $50 worth of pizza tonight. Had it delivered after a long day at work even tho we only live a few minutes away from the store. When we received our food the pizza was cold and not cut. So I called up there the employee that answered the phone asked me what the problem was I told her my pizza was cold and not cut correctly and I just spent $50 on the order. The employee that did not say her name on the phone said oh okay I’ll let you talk to a manager. I said okay great thanks. Waited 5 minutes until she came back to the phone and said sorry I was cutting pizzas and asked again and I told her what the issue was and I said are you a manager and she said no did you want to talk to a manager I said yes ma’am you was supposed to get me one and she said we are just so busy and you’re going to have to call back later tonight to speak with a manger and just hangs up on me. So I go up there and when I go in the employee I talked to on the phone said didn’t I just talk to you on the phone while the manger (Rachel) is standing there looking at us and I said yes you did and I would definitely like to talk to a manager and the cashier said I told you we was busy that you’re going to have to wait to talk to her I said excuse me I’m a paying customer who has a problem and would like it fixed and the manager (Rachel) was raising her voice at me and saying I’m busy I will get with you when I can. She didn’t even want to help me and her and the cashier was super rude towards me. Which the drive through was empty and the lobby was empty, there was a couple orders on the screen with 3 other employees working along with the cashier and the manager (Rachel). I get that some days are hectic and you have a bad day but when a customer comes in and you’re a manger please talk to the customer like a human and be courteous of...

So I had points for a free pizza because my last order was very cold and really late so today getting off work I decided to get my free pizza I ordered chicken bacon and ranch medium pizza my total was 2.45 because of the ranch I get all the way home into my bed take a bite of the pizza and immediately knew that it was no ranch on the pizza mind you I get that pizza a lot and common sense will tell you there is no ranch on the pizza what so every very very dry so I peel back cheese from a couple of the slices no ranch at all dry no ranch I put my clothes on drive back to the store ask for the manager it’s a young guy with dark hair I hand him the pizza and say it’s missing the ranch he says to me that’s a lie I said excuse me he said that’s a lie it’s on there under the cheese I said no it’s not take the pizza and look for yourself it’s not on there he said I’m not taking nothing and I’m not remaking it says have a nice day and closed the window in my face I sat there for a minute because I’m in disbelief that he just did that I’m so mad I want to fight at this point so I pulled over and called corporate and left a message listen this store did not use to be this way I’ve been getting poor service a lot but today was it I WILL NEVER SPEND A DOLLAR HERE IVE SPENT SO MUCH MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY SO MUCH BUT ILL BE DAMN IF I LET SOMEONE THE SAME AGE AS MY SON DISRESPECT ME NOT NOW NOT EVER IM PISSED OFF HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR WHAT HE JUST DID TO ME REFUSING TO TAKE THE PIZZA AND REMAKE IT CALLING ME A LIAR THEN CLOSE THE WINDOW IN MY FACE THAT WAS THE WORST AND I MEAN WORST I HAVE PHOTOS BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO ADD THEM ON HERE THE LADY THAT WAS AT THE...

BAD experiences in the last month!

Last time they had smashed our 4 pizzas into a 3 pizza bag. They were so wedged in there the driver couldn't remove them with one hand, so he had ME remove pizzas from bag. Getting them out, I tore the corner off one box. Then as we're handing them to my son, the compromised box buckles and slices of my pizza start pouring onto the porch! After all that, 2 pizzas had something wrong with them. Tasted different and were too spicy. They sent me a replacement pizza, but it had almost no sauce on it and was missing all the meats!! Worst birthday ever!

For tonight's order, I asked them NOT to cram our 4 pizzas into a 3 box bag. It was all good until we opened our pizzas... They were all slammed over to one side of the box!! I guess using the bigger warmer bag means it can't sit level in the driver's car? I mean all the garlic butter had soaked into the lid of my pizza box along one edge. I asked not to cram them into a too small bag because the top bows in & my cheese ends up stuck to the box lid. But got the same issue this time... for all 4 pizzas. Then the cherry on top: splurged on cinnamon twists & they forgot the icing cup.
