First off, answering all of your reviews by BOT is a cowardly way to do business. Second, we all understand that sometimes things get busy and there are delays, however an order placed and charged at 6:15 PM, tracker shows quality inspected at 7:23 PM and delivered at 8:10 PM with no communication or notice is unacceptable. I told the driver that it was not his fault but we ordered two hours ago and he responded it was really busy. He did not mention the lateness before I brought it up. The pizza was prepared correctly but basically room temperature making the quality inspection at 7:23 PM completely plausible. So to help out the employees of this Domino's, I suggest you not order from them. Hopefully the decrease in orders will allow them to breathe easier and complete the remaining orders at a reasonable pace and time. Madison is a growing area and I can see where they may be overwhelmed, however, the lack of a human response to bad reviews and consistent complaints of timeliness and not being able to reach a human when checking on an order is the wrong way to do business. Read moreWe have ordered delivery from this Domino's location for YEARS; it is the only location that offers delivery to our home address. In the past few months, service has been HORRIBLE. The tracker that gives estimated delivery times is a joke.
I don't know if they are understaffed or poorly managed (or likely both), but the last two times we've ordered from them our order has sat in the "bake" stage for well over an hour. The first time I was able to call and cancel the order after the manager told me that it was going to be another TWO HOURS before our order would arrive. Are you kidding me? Three hours for delivery?!
The second time (which is happening as I write this review) we are in the same boat -- it's been an hour already that the order has been in the "bake" stage. I've been on hold on the phone for over 25 minutes trying to cancel the order.
I've skimmed the reviews and see it is the same issue for most people. If you'll notice, every "Response from the owner" is from a different person, so clearly someone is having fun replying to these complaints pretending to be the owner. No one actually cares to improve...
