Every time we go there they mess up our order or they ring it up wrong. They dont wait until you get up to the register to confirm what we ordered. Tonight i ordered teriyaki chicken, orange chicken when I got home there was no sause for my teriyaki chicken!. Awful service! Tonight 3-24, we did an online order and told them to put the teriyaki sauce on my chicken and put some in our bag. They did neither. Poor service again.
Today April 13th I was gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and come to your drive-through line again and after sitting there for 45 minutes we ordered our food specifically told the lady what we wanted and we get home and it's wrong yet again I called up there and the lady that I talk to on the phone said that unfortunately she couldn't fix our order but if I wanted to come backup there she would give me what I needed I live 15 minutes away I was not going to come backup there again. I definitely will not to be visiting this particular Panda Express again when they have gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row that is very poor customer service! Next step is the corporate office. If I could give this place a zero I sure would.
July 5th, we ordered our food online and went and got it, then we got it home, two little white worms come out of one of the bags, this has happened twice when we have ordered food from this place. We will never eat there again.
Dont order online for a certain time...then go get it. When we got there, were told it wasnt ready. Then they took other peoples order who was standing in line, we waited 15 mins longer, and someone finally asked what we were waiting on, then still got it wrong. Sorry yall are out if chances to get it right.
February 28, ordered online, order was supposed to be ready at 6:07, we didnt our food until 6:45! Then tried to inside to get it look before but the doors were locked and the little white girl was extremely rude on the phone. Gave them the benefit of the doubt to redeem themselves for online orders. Nope failed again.
Terrible service. Employees dont speak english where you can understand them and didnt have anything cooked fresh. It was all old an dried out.

Read moreI went to this Panda Express with my husband for the first time in 6 or 7 months. Prior I had been, but swore off eating there because there was never any food ready during dinner rush. Today I came in with my husband, stood beside him as he ordered, and the staff member took my husband's order and moved on to the next couple in line, completely disregarding me standing there, looking at the food bar, waiting by him. Coming from someone in a customer service field, this place needs a lot of work - it's lacking customer service skills, not so much that employees are standing around. They need to prepare for dinner rushes, especially considering on more than a handful of occassions I can recall where I came around 6pm-7pm and there was no food fresh or available to pick from. Employees are having to stop assisting customers to put in requests for fresh food and wait on it. The employees will not acknowledge customers when they enter - a simple, "Hey, be with you in just a minute" would suffice. I've watched 5-10 people enter the building as I'm writing this review and I heard maybe one "Hello, welcome to Panda." Acknowledgment goes a long way. Everytime I've been here the ice machine and beverage area has been a mess - there needs to be someone designated to check that area each shift every 30 minutes to an hour. Take pride in your workplace regardless of the pay or whether it is a career move. I don't anticipate coming back, and the only reason I contributed one star was because one employee, Noah, seems to be working his butt off as I sit here observing (he also assisted in stopping what he was in the middle of to take my order since the bar staff member...

The menu offered a limited selection, and the food options looked tired and unappetizing. I decided to go for the orange chicken, which is supposed to be their signature dish. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what I expected. The chicken was overcooked and rubbery, lacking any real flavor. It seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, just waiting to disappoint unsuspecting customers like myself.
To add to my dismay, the portions were incredibly small for the price. I left the restaurant still feeling hungry and unsatisfied, which is not what you want after spending your hard-earned money on a meal.
The service was subpar as well. The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about their jobs, which reflected in the overall dining experience. I was expecting at least a friendly smile or a simple greeting, but it felt like I was just another inconvenience to them.
In the end, I regret my decision to dine at Panda Express. The food quality, portion sizes, and service all left much to be desired.
