Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Huntsville

Wow. Got my order wrong. Offered me a credit. I refused because I wanted my order corrected. Gave me an excuse about being short handed...ok, not my problem. I again requested my order to be corrected. She told me I could be nicer. Then hung up on me. Then someone else called me back, Offered me a personal size since my kids already ate half the wrong pizza. I declined that offer, then she requested to return the half eaten wrong pizza for me to get my correct order! Then tried to tell me that I could be nicer and more understanding...huh? What has happened to customer service in this country? I just my order corrected that I paid for. Way way too much drama for a pizza. I'll be taking my weekly pizza business elsewhere. Ridiculous.

Returning to state this....so I sent my daughters back with the half eaten pizza to get the corrected pizza, and they were all rude to them! Are you freaking kidding me? Manager and district manager needs to be fired. Management is accountable for this...

I was pretty upset that when I went in to grab my pre ordered pizza no one was available. I had to tell "hello" about 10 times before the shift manager comes out of her office and said that I needed to wait because she was on the phone. If it wasn't for this I would give it 1 higher star because I've had decent service in the past. Lots of mess ups though. Asked on a previous visit for a bunch of parmesan got home and it was a bag of wet naps. The pizza is standard so that's alright but the service could use some help. That last time though really irked the crud out of me. Why order ahead if they make you wait while your pizza is sitting in their warmer. That's what made me the maddest. It was already done all she had to do was grab it. But I had to wait another 10 minutes for her to finish whatever call she was on. She could have asked them to hold and gotten rid of me in less...

10/19/18:

The excitement of the new Pizza Hut opening overwhelmed us a couple years ago because it has always been our favorite pizza chain, from age 5-40. However, I was sadly dissatisfied with the new establishment on Winchester Rd.. I all but discarded it when I asked my wife to give it one more shot tonight, an entire year later.

Wow, is all I can say about how great the third and FINAL chance was! We are so glad we gave it one more try because it was just as it always has been - absolutely delicious.

I am unsure if the management has changed or if the feedback they have gotten caused a transformation and I don’t care, just keep doing what you delivered tonight. The food was perfect and delivered much more quickly than I expected.

Bottom line: if this is a go-to that you have crossed off your list give it one more try - we think you will be...
