This location is worthy of being closed down! I have seen several restaurants that had employees with next to non existent customer service but this one has made the top of the list! We tried to place an order on the Taco Bell app. Messages kept saying that there was an issue with the app and to try again. My daughter tried a second time and it did the same thing. I checked my account and I was billed over $63 for 2 separate charges for the food that was still showing that the order was. "NOT PLACED." So we go to the location to check. I went inside where signs are on the front counter terse showing "kiosks or cards only" and was asked by a woman back behind the food equipment if we had placed an order. I explained what had happened and was told that "we cannot do anything about it and you will have to contact the app to get it taken care of." I asked who received over $120 for my food order if they did not! She again said check with the app. I asked if I would have to order again and pay AGAIN to which she answered yes. Another gentleman that was trying to place an order made a comment to me about her being a lot of help...in a sarcastic tone! I walked out and called my daughter to see what she wanted to do. She then called the number and spoke to the same lady of color at that location. Again, she told my daughter the same thing. My daughter called the number that the woman gave her for 1-800-taco-bell. No one available today! I went thru the drive thru and placed my order. Pulled up to the window and this order which was the same as the one we tried to place online was now $78.11..receipt shows Nicholas S as cashier by the way! When I gave my card the 2 girls were handing the drink carrier out of the window which had 4 large drinks and was collapsing and I managed to catch 3 of the drinks in my arms and my lap but the 3rd fell into my floorboard and the lid flew off which filled my floor and shoes with ice and Baja blast drink! All of this while the girls were laughing when it happened. I asked for some kind of adjustment on our order since we had gone through all of this and had a drink emptied on me and in my vehicle. I was told they "gave me a FREE drink to replace that one." I asked to speak with someone in management and the lady of color from earlier stuck her head out and told me there was nothing else that could be done like she had already told me earlier, then sent a young guy to the window. He asked what I was wanting since i had already had my drink replaced. I told him some help with the bill since all of this had happened to which he replied i cannot give you a full refund on what you have already paid for. I told him I would speak with corporate about this...which I will! IF you were SO short handed that you could only use a kiosk or card like your sign said on the counter, how were there over 5 employees taking the time to stare and laugh while this was being discussed?!!!! My family has been in town from over 200 miles away for my daughter to have surgery this week and this is how your store shows gratitude to your customers?!!! I was born and raised in this County and I am ashamed of how all of you were raised and your work ethics! If you dont like your job..QUIT!! Don't treat the people that pay your income like dirt! This place is horrible, and evidently the owners do not have work ethics either or they would not allow their business to be run by a bunch of flunkees that do not care! I would never recommend this place or visit it again and I can truly see why you have a 3.7 Google review total...only it should be lower and I hope that this review will help with that!!! Totally pathetic service and I still have to fight to get over $120 back from this app...IF i was told the truth about that!!...

I know darn well we canāt have no attitudes with customers. Rushed me to order, I asked for a moment, 1 minute later she asked what can I get you, and I asked for a moment, when I told her I was ready, she asked if there was anything she can help me with, I said no Iām ready. Then Got all pissy and mean because I sat in the drive thru for 3 minutes because I placed an order on the app, we couldnāt read the menu so we said screw it and ordered on the app. I donāt see a problem there, itās the same thing sitting there to just order at the speaker. Food was cold and just thrown in my bag. My chips was every where in the bag, only 6-7 chips in it. All the food wasnāt wrapped properly. All my food was everywhere's in the bag. The only thing that worth eating was the little chips I got, and our drinks. Very sad. ALSO came yesterday night 20 minutes BEFORE closing and they mentioned they couldnāt make any grilled items because they were cleaning the grills, arenāt you supposed to clean them when yāall ācloseā not 20 minutes before closing? Because ah thatās how I remember working for Taco Bell, and Iāve cleaned the grills. I have worked 3 locations for Taco Bell at ONCE. I know how to treat customers, I know Taco Bell service or any customer service is supposed to be. That is as very unacceptable!!! Very disappointing!! I give the food was all correct, but it there than that, all my food cold and thrown in the bag and barely in the wrappers, I didnāt want to complain and have it fixed, the manager was already pissy and having an unacceptable attitude, so I didnāt say anything at the window, I just left. Letting people know so they stay away from this location. I even told my other Taco Bell people, the gmās and they even said itās very unacceptable and disappointed as well. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI dont know where to begin but this location has went down drastically since opening. Tonight is the last time I will be coming. Unless things chance. First off, the managers are lazy and slow and do not care one bit about customer service. They do not manage this place well at all. No leadership it seems. I had to wait almost 15 minutes just to place my order tonight. Then the young man that takes my order tells me he cannot give me a receipt even tho others printed. So we sat down with our drinks and waited. And waited. And waited. Oh and we continued to wait even longer. 15 or 20 minutes later we finally got our food. Broken taco shells were not good. Chalupa shells were not great and tasted horrible. They didnt have everything on it either. But I refused to even take it back to have to wait another 15 minutes for them to remake it while the rest of my family was eating. The whole place was unclean and looked like no one had cleaned it in days. At one point while we waited there weren't any cars in the drive through and everyone inside was still waiting on food. I watched them work at a snail's pace even the managers. And did we hear an apology from the manager or anyone about waiting a ridiculous amount of time? Nope!!
