Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Huntsville

My Girlfriend and I wanted to try this place the other day after a long hike through Monte Sano. We both wanted a smoothie. I pulled up into the drive thru and placed my order. After waiting behind a truck for over ten minutes at the pickup window I pulled out of the drive thru to park and went inside. I immediately noticed that one girl Adriana, was talking to her friend and on her phone not lifting a finger, while the other poor girl working was doing all the work. The truck ahead of me had ordered multiple smoothies and food items. Adriana asked if she could help me and I explained that I had placed an order in the drive thru. She had no idea where my ticket was and seemed slightly annoyed that she had to help me. terrible service, put in an order last night at 8:27 they took my money, I got there at 8:35 and knock on the door, go thru the drive thru a fake person says they will be with you in one moment. There website says they are open until 9PM. I tried calling in this morning Tina the "General Manager " decides to have a terrible attitude with me. So we had an eventful conversation to say the least. I asked several times for the email to send my receipt and order number in, she hung up on me twice. I tried calling back a third time and will not pick up the phone. so they took my order, my money and will not give me my money nor answer. teribble service. this lady claims to have grown the company from the ground up. be very careful ordering here....

I went yesterday and order the exact same things today. They did great. Different people though. So first when I got here today it was only one young lady there and she was working solo by herself so I wasn't in a rush at all but then when the second lady got there to help her she literally threw my sandwich together and just tossed it on the counter at me so I checked the pesto chicken sandwich and it was a sloppy mess she barely put the food in there it was basically just bread. So the young lady who's there manning the place by herself I have no issue with her but that lady who made those sandwiches she did a trash job and she had just got there.
