So I ordered through the App. Ordered online and paid for 1 Rhueben, 2 Gyros and 2 Large curly fries... Showed up for the food but after being asked to choose something other than Curly fries because this location didn't have Curly fries, we chose something else, apparently they also didn't have Tziki sauce for the Gyros and the pita bread was stale and breaking apart. So as I'm trying to choke down the dry assed Gyro without sauce, and thinking that the Wendy's fries across the street are better than the crinkle cut fries I had to choose, I had to wonder why I patronized this location when I have literally had workers ask me if I want Arby's or horsey sauce then proceed to not give me any sauce and have to choke down a big Montana with nothing but bread and meat. So, since I couldn't even eat half, my sandwich tonight I will never again patronize this location. I'm hungry, paid for a meal and I'm pissed off I have to make a sandwich myself for dinner. I don't want another sandwich, I want a refund and this Arby's owner can continue to scam others who aren't local residents. Read moreToday I went to Arby’s in Huron,I’ve been a customer for years,recently I retired so I started eating a little early (10:00 AM) the last three visits I experienced roast beef sandwiches were dry on the end of the beef,also the bun was hard around the edges.
So my experience today was to ask why that is? I was told that the beef was from the night before but was at a safe temperature! Seriously I thought,they advertise fresh!!!
I told the guy at the window that when I visit in the lunch hour or later it didn’t have that problem! He replied ,Sir that’s because it fresh! Seriously I said.
Was kinda rude and didn’t want to really talked to me,then replied ((Have a nice day).And shut the drive up window.
This is not right if you ask me,And what ever happen to good customer service?
PS What happens is Huron location loses power during the closed hours for a few hours? The left over beef wouldn’t maintain temperature.

Read moreSolid Arby's restaurant. Staff was attentive and took my large order with accuracy. Didn't have to repeat myself at all, he confirmed my order by reading it back to me. All food was hot, made fresh or was already being made when we got there as my mozzarella sticks were perfect (most of the time, at least some of your mozzarella sticks aren't fresh in my experience). The order was correct in all sauces I asked for were in the bag. Napkins too. What more could I ask for at an Arby's?
The only reason they got three stars for atmosphere and 4 overall was the landscaping looked rough, very tall weeds in the drive-thru by the speaker and menu board.... My wife didn't think it was even open.
