Wendy's — Restaurant in Huron

We stop here a lot on the way to cedar point, when we were out recently july 30th, the girl on drive through was the absolute nicest person I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in any occasion recently! She was so kind while I was ordering, helping me through my order, offering different suggestions to the incorrect way I was trying to order, knowing that I didn’t really know the breakfast menu. After helping me order, she put each persons food in separate bags, knowing we had similar sandwiches but different options, going way above and beyond. She did not have to go out of her way to assist me, but I couldn’t have appreciated her more. The simple kindness was a small thing to her, but was the biggest gesture to me! It meant a lot. It’s nice to see there are still some wonderful people out there. Her kindness spread across my whole day, and has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated. Made a stop here on the way home from Cedar Point. Our local Wendy's isn't much to shake a stick at but this location gave me new hope on the franchise. Food was hot, got to us quick and the staff was very polite. My husband hates the fries at our local stop but the ones here were so fresh and salted just right so he was impressed. I know Wendy's can just be fast quick fast food but I was really hungry for a Salad and mine was amazing! Apple Pecan something or another. So fresh, very filling and they didn't squish it in with the hot food we had ordered. Thank you to the staff that worked 5/22/21! The male manager in a blue shirt looked high on drugs and behaved in such a manner. I spent $1.99 on a medium frosty that comes in a small cup. The manager who I told "to go" at the register had my order ready in a tray. They were NOT busy. Silly me should have looked in my bag so I didn't arrive at home to find they didn't fill the large fry box up and gave me about half of the fries. And there were zero napkins in the bag.
