If there was a -5 stars, that's what I would have chosen. Unfortunately, for the third time in a row that my order has been messed up you have to ask for extra toppings, which is fine and I always accept the charge but when you order extra extra extra and pay an additional $15 for your order and get home and there's two pieces of steak in your quesadilla, the size of chocolate covered almonds I don't eat out much but when I do, I usually try to get Taco Bell. This is like the 10th incident at this Taco Bell and I'm finally writing a review because we've had three bad experiences in a month. The first time the person in the window was very rude the other time half of our order for the kids was missing and this time I get home with a messed up order and call Taco Bell to tell them I'm bringing the order back for a refund. It was a $40 order and they tell me they won't refund without the receipt and I'm like, you didn't give me a receipt. It wasn't on the bag. I was literally there 5 minutes ago. I used to wait to go to Taco Bell so that I could go to the one in hurricane because it was the best. I don't know what is happened but this place is terrible and unless you can go there on lunch, but whoever is running night shift sucks if you want to get something in a drive-through and hurricane just go to sheets it's bad that a gas station function as a restaurant better than an actual restaurant. I'm going to look in to franchising Del taco just to put this Taco Bell out of...
Read moreI would not recommend anybody to eat here this place the most ridiculous and rudest place that I have ever worked at. I worked her maybe approximately two weeks. I was the one that they told me do all of them and there’s like tons and tons of videos, however I did them Teresa, along with the other people, Jennifer, Kyle , They wouldn’t even show you what to do on the test call and show you a couple times but Jennifer if you couldn’t figure it out, she would sit there and say well just figure it out yourself and then she couldn’t even do it herself. They discriminate me because I’m disabled and also they hired a new person and I saw him on his phone while he was on the line and they would also mix old food with the new food. This is the one near Hurricane Walmart. I would not recommend anybody eating a Taco Bell if one does it then chances are they all will mix the food together without changing the don’t put the food on top when they change all the food put the new food on top of the food. That’s why sometimes the rice was really hard and crunchy. I just think that karma will come back and bite them how they treat people especially a disability what goes wrong comes around and and when I called today tried to, find out why they took me off the schedule no notice they kept hanging up on me . And they hung up on me and they said they don’t discriminate they do discriminate our fall...
Read moreUpper management needs to check their incentives they give to employees. It’s hard for me to believe that these knowledgeable and competent employees would naturally rush customers to finish their drive thru order. “I know that there’s no one behind you but how long you’re in the drive through does effect our time and you’ve already been ordering for three minutes,” a woman cut in during our ordering with the cashier. I assume there’s some stuff you watch but when you have hungry and indecisive customers in the middle of the night that are trying to order and figure things out - with no one behind them - it creates an unwelcome environment. I am 100% certain we would have ordered more. So this depressed the amount of the ticket as well. Food was amazing, cashier was friendly and extremely knowledgeable (we were asking questions to make our order. How else am I supposed to know what a Baja blast is? Or the difference between two nacho dishes?). And the manager or whoever who cut in sounded uncomfortable doing that and the cashier was embarrassed. My friend and I told the hotel keeper night shift girl all about it. We had a good laugh. Not with you, Taco Bell, but at your upper management’s stupid incentives that push your employees to feel they have to treat us like the cattle you served us...
