Dunn Brothers Coffee — Restaurant in Hutchinson

Tried them for the first time and I was very disappointed. Not busy, nice and clean. I have weekly appointments in the building now, so I was hoping for a good experience and would be a routine. My daughter got her smoothie quickly and was able to get to her appointment. I waited 12 minutes (as a mystery shopper I time everything subconsciously) for a Mocha. I was told twice in that time that "Your drink will be up shortly," and I am very patient and understanding, so that is fine. My drink was done, so I thanked the employee and left.

I was fine with everything up to that point, and I will even accept responsibility for NOT looking or tasting my Mocha. Pulling down the street, I take my first sip and the nastiest flavor on earth (my opinion), RASPBERRY hits my tongue. It was so shocking, I'm lucky I didn't get in an accident. It made me nauseous twice. First from the taste and again when I realized I just paid $7 for that experience.

I ordered the bacon avocado toast, the avocado was so ripe that it was crunchy. This is not how avacado toast should be made. It tasted horrible, it almost had the texture of biting into apple pieces with no flavor. Actually, it tasted like I was biting into erasers. I had to take the avocado off the toast because it was inedible. I've actually never had an avocado that tasted like this and don't even know how they got the skin off the avocado. If you don't have any ripe avocados, then just don't serve that on the menu.

It's also supposed to be topped with an over medium/ easy egg, but my egg was just fried and hard. The lady who worked there was really nice, but I will absolutely never go back here again. It was complete waste of money.

I wanted to go back and just return it and get a refund, but I didn't want the lady that work there to feel bad, she is obviously not given proper ingredients or instruction on how to make the items...

We were visiting the area and went through the Dunn Bros drive through to order a few coffees. We were trying to order an iced vanilla bean drink and the lady who was taking our order first said a Caramel Creama, we told her it is an iced vanilla bean drink and she said the Vanilla Creama, which is a blended drink with ice cream and not what we were trying to order. So we ordered a different drink and I went inside to talk to the lady and explained that we were trying to order an iced vanilla bean and not the Creama drink that she kept saying and she shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well, next time I guess". I told her we did not appreciate her lack of customer service nor her response when I went in to talk to her and she put her hands up and said "ohh well!". And left it at that. Customer service is so important and the attitude we received left us with a very bad impression. There were 3 workers there and nobody stepped in to...
