I wasn't going to say anything the first time we picked up our order and it was wrong (missing items). I didn't say anything the second time we picked up our order and it was wrong (missing items). This time I'm going to write a review because this is ridiculous!!!!
Not only did we pick up our order, and it was again missing items, but it also had a completely wrong meal. I thought they gave us the wrong order. It was our order with missing chips....AGAIN!!! As well as a bowl that had chicken in it when it was marked on the receipt as a (V) veggie bowl with not even the type of beans that was ordered. Complete FAIL!!!
Chipolte and its staff need to do better!!!! Prices for meals have gotten out of control and to pay these prices and NOT get what we ordered is not OK. Our meal was incorrect and we were refunded through the app we used, however, I would rather had the meal we ordered instead of a free meal we didn't all eat. Consumers end up paying for those free meals eventually when Chipolte decides they are going to raise prices again to cover these meals instead of just having better staff that have attention to detail and can read what was ordered.
Tonight, we didn't get to eat dinner as a family. My husband ate his meal while it was semi warm. I went to call Chipolte, but you cant speak with an actual person so I went to return it. Unfortunately, traffic was so bad I couldn't get into Hutto so I turned around and came home. That is when I saw my son was in the kitchen making a completely different meal.

Right when we started ordering earlier today, the blonde girl with a braid was giving us attitude and rolling her eyes at every step. We normally ask for extra rice and toppings, but we had to ask over three times just to get a regular portion, and at some point they started to interrupt us and rush through it so that we couldn't ask for extra. The other girl was also rude and rolling her eyes and didn’t even try to put the food in the bowl. She looked straight ahead at us and threw lettuce and cheese at the bowl and most of it fell out and she didn't even try to fix it. When we would ask for more to make up for what fell, she barely gave us any. I think it’s ridiculous that it takes more than three times to ask for something extra just to get a sufficient amount, especially for protein since we are paying for double. The girls at the register are always nice, but teach the girls on the line assembling the food to not roll their eyes and ignore the guest. I understand having a bad day or a “slip up”, but there's no excuse for horrible customer service everytime we decide to go.
The picture is one of the orders that we asked for double everything, and it looks like half of it is missing.

Read moreOrdered to wrong store for pick-up. I called and notified them immediately and asked to have it transferred. They could not transfer, however, I could call the correct store and re-order. Which is what I did. I attempted to call the correct store several times to replace my order. I could not get through on the automated system. I researched pepper to no avail no option for this. AI Pepper would transfer me to the store. “Store is unavailable 6 times. So, I went to the store and asked the order to be transferred. “We don’t do transfers”. Okay, I’ll tell you my order again believing I could give my online code I paid. Nobody told me I’d have to pay again. So stood there and redid 3 items. Mind you I was told the quesadilla could not be filled as it’s an online item. What? Uhmmm it was ordered online. I settled for a burrito in lieu of. In the end, charged $60.40 again! No ma’am I already explained. “We don’t do transfers” okay no kidding? I just transferred my order for you. Nobody said I’d have to pay again and need to call a 1800- number. No one took time to explain what that actually meant. You have AI people yet can’t transfer a single order for pick up at another store? And by the way quesadilla is on the menu inside as well not just on the online menu. Still don’t understand that. They could keep it, trash it, I’d never be back. What a waste.
