I hardly give reviews, and when I do they are normally five stars because the restaurant is so good! But this one was so BAD I needed to warn other diners considering the visit.
The experience was shaky from the moment I walked in the door.
I was the second person in line and had to wait for about three minutes to be the next person to order. Though there were staff walking around. No one greeted me or stepped up to a second register to take my order.
Looking around, the other employees were standing around hands folded in front of them just waiting for an order.
The grill and spatulas were dirty with about 6-7 patties just sitting already cooked. (I knew my food wasn’t going to be as fresh at that point.) The floor had onion rings and batter spilled all over it with no one working to tidy up the mess.
I placed my order and it was ready relatively quick, likely due to the food being cooked for a while. I ordered three shakes with my order. The shakes weren’t started until about 4 minutes after I got my food. Took another 5-6 minutes to receive the shakes. From what I could tell when I received the shakes, I was the only shake order… When I got the shakes they were milk consistency. Strike three at this point already.
I got home. I live less than ten minutes away. Proceeded to open my burger wrapper and it was a soggy mess. Not only that but the order was wrong. No bacon on my burger that I ordered. The other burger for my girlfriend was ordered with no mayo and was saturated with mayo. It was so pink raw she couldn’t eat it.
I can understand 1-2 things going wrong on a visit. But every single touch point of the experience was a disaster. From the service to the food.
I love the Mighty fine location in Austin. Amazing burgers and always correct. This was the complete opposite and furthermore subpar for any restaurant. Fast food or fast casual. Compared to what’s out there for options, this restaurant needs to greatly improve its standards.
Giving a two start because at least I didn’t get sick...

I'm going to give you the ups and downs of this restrain.
The first thing I would like to say is that the parking lot is very big and there's a lot of room. Hands down the best burger in Hutto. I had the half pound hamburger with cheese, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato onion, bacon and jalapeno. Unlike a lot of restaurants that say they have a half pound, this was actually a half pound. You can fill it when you lift it out of the back. How heavy it is. Downfall: my meal for one person was 19.77. However, I did loaded that hamburger up with everything I could, I did get onion rings and a large sweet tea.
Upside: it was well worth it. I also got alot of onion rings. This place gives MILITARY DISCOUNTS.
3.staff was very nice. Not the fake type of nice....nice nice. They held a conversation with me as a customer.. A lot of places just want you to order and sit down.
Negative: Same problem as everybody else has with the sweet tea. I pet ice in my cup to the top, filled it up. When you Drink the tea. It comes out as warm even with ice. However, everybody around here seems to have that problem.
It's nice to see a restaurant around here that you feel like you could take your kids to a eat. Lots of room inside and outside. I like the tables on the outside of are benches...super cool.
Great atmosphere. I didn't feel like you do a summer starts.Where you have want to hurry up and eat and leave. I could sit here and just enjoy my food.
7.cheaper then 5guys. Burger tasted way better....and yes It was a real hamburger not a patty.
8 time I ordered until I got my food: 2 minutes and boy it was...
Read moreBAD SERVICEMy family and I recently went into mighty fine burgers to grab some lunch, and the cashier young lady was so rude. My wife has never ate there so she asked about the different size burgers for a certain sandwich. The Young lady gave us attitude, huffed and puffed as if our questions bothered her. The cashier continued to rush my wife and be rude as if we were irritating her when we ask about toppings such as pickles or onions. It to the breaking point when my wife asked my son if he wanted pickles and he said he did not and the cashier lady made rude comments to my wife as we need to know what we want before we come to her line so my wife then ask the cashier if there was a problem and why is she treating us this way and the cashier very condescending as if she doesn’t know what we mean. My wife was fed up, and I understood why. I had stepped in and spoke to the manager, and informed him how we were treated. We said we were we will not eating there because of how bad the customer service is. Our logic is if this is their attitudes then how are they preparing our food. As we begin to leave another manager came outside before we got in our car. He was very apologetic and said that he understands how we feel because he heard the entire exchange, the young lady is rude in his words, and he feels she should be disciplined, or even not even working there. I don’t think we’re ever going back to that location so whoever chooses to go to mighty fine burger in Hutto, the customer...
