Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Hutto

Worst experience with a Manger ever!!! This Manager instead of resolving my issue began raising her voice and placing the blame on me for not following the drive the through attendee's direction. I am a Disabled Vet and deaf in my left ear. I could not hear where the gentleman wanted me to park since my order was going to take longer to make. I pulled forward to the patio and front door area where in the past I was instructed to park. I sat in the front for about 5 min and still I have not received my order. So I decided to go into the store to see why my order was taking a long time. The first person I made contact with was Assist Mgr. Amy. She started talking down to me as if I was a child. She told me she went out to look for me and did not locate me. I told her I was in front of the building near the patio, which from where I was parked in relation to where she was standing she could clearly see me. (obviously she was looking for specific vehicle or customer). I asked her why couldn't you just look out front and see someone parked near the patio. Why didn't you even try to look for me. Her response was "well I thought you were in the drive thru line"... This statement can't be any more false. They can see through their drive thru camera if there were customers in line. There where only two cars at the drive thru menu waiting to order. I was parked next to the patio which is not even near the drive thru line. on top of all of that she had my food sitting on a table that was used to store items. My food was never placed under a heat lamp to keep warm. This manager lacks humility, honesty, brevity, and professionalism. In my opinion she is not fit for her position. Imma be honest I loved Dairy Queen until today I was actually pretty disappointed today with the service and food every time I go I love it, but today I had a long day and wanted some DQ so I went and I ordered something pretty simple but then I guess it wasn’t very simple or it was the fact that they have young people working and it’s very hard to find a young person that actually can work but they took my order then I went and sat down first of all they gave me chicken tenders and it wasn’t even what I ordered “12 hours later” (in SpongeBob narrative voice) they finally brought me my food and it wasn’t even made the right way now imma just say this I’m allergic to mustard and my burger had mustard so they went and remade it no problem but then I fell like they just wiped off my burger and handed it back to me so I ate then left and the food tastes like booty juice tbh but then I got home and I had a allergic reaction and ended up in the hospital!!!! I’m not the type of person to leave reviews or talk bad about others or anything like that but this is just crazy I get it young people hate working but how hard it is to work at a fast food place let’s just be honest. I worked at multiple fast food places and it’s really not hard yall just need to stop being so lazy and take y’all’s time hopefully this world don’t fall to pieces with all these young people but that’s all I had to say but most likely won’t be going to this Dairy Queen anymore unless it’s in the day time when there is less...
