Placed an order online via the wingstop app at 9:01 PM to have dinner ready for some friends that were coming over. I figured if I placed the order ahead of time that but the time I got home in an hour it would be ready. Around 10:30 Pm, I noticed that I still had not received the order so I contacted the store. The gentlemen on the phone told me that my order would be ready in 30 minutes and at this point itâs already close to 11 Pm. He explains that they are having system issues and that it would be ready in 10 minutes if we went to go pick up instead. That doesnât really help me because I left a tip for the delivery driver as well. I sent my wife to go pick it up and she sat there until about 11:30 PM. I contacted the store again and the employee told me that they could not find my order and it had been lost. You have got to be kidding me. you guys have to do better. I order from here all the time and I donât know why I do because they always give me a terrible customer experience. this is the last time I ever order from wingstop again. This store has ruined the whole âbrandâ for me and many other angry customers in the store yesterday. The manager working last night also didnât give me any options other than waiting for another hour when the order was placed at 9 PM and at this time itâs already close to midnight. On top of that, I have to wait 4-5 business days to receive a refund? I didnât take 4-5 business days to give you my money! Please shut this location down. Iâll be ordering from Pluckers...

I ordered a 15 pc wing only to get home and find out there were only 10 wings plus my fries had no seasoning when I ordered extra but I wasn't to worried about that. I called the store and let them know I was on the way for my 5 missing wings and they said they would make them but when I got there I was given an extreme amount of attitude and was treated as if I was lying. Keep in mind this was near closing time for them and they seemed to be very busy and stressed out but there was no reason for the attitude, a simple apology would of gone a long way. They also messed up some other person's order while I waited 15 more minutes and drived another 15 min BACK to their store for the missing wings I paid for. They also have messed up on another previous order of mine were I wanted classic bone in wings and they gave me all boneless wings and refused to refund me for it. SOME of the employees are very nice and this girl did give me a few extra wings for the inconvenience but them constant messing up my order is exhausting. I will just order from Round Rock...
   Read moreI am SHOCKED at the people giving this place 3 or more stars. Itâs like how I wonder how any of these so-called âMexicanâ restaurants are still open in Hutto. Stop encouraging these businesses to put out subpar/awful food. I digress.
1.) I ordered a Sprite and what I got was, IDK, flat seltzer water?? Disgusting. 2.) Hubby's iced tea tasted like water. 3.) My original hot chicken sandwich tasted like it was heated up in a microwave and served at a high school cafeteria. Bun tasted stale. I asked for no pickles but they still added them. I mean, I pulled them off but still. Someone needs to pay better attention to customer's requests. The bleu cheese was good. 4.) Husband's mild buffalo chicken tenders had zero flavor or depth and were very greasy. He ate half of one and threw out the rest of the order. His ranch dressing was good. 5.) Cheese fries were inedible. 6.) Wasted $40 on this slop. 7.) Delivery driver seemed friendly and was prompt.
