First time eating here. It's obvious the employees LOVE working there. That's says volumes about what to expect and this place really delivered.
We were a group of three mid Friday afternoon. I had chicken stuffed with crab&cheese. Another had a Chipotle linguine and one had the special, Fried Salmon with a sweetish sauce or something fried into it. No sauce needed. We all shared. Everything was spectacular! I would never fry salmo, but that meal was next level. They fried it in bite sizes. Al you needed to do was plop it in your mouth. So incredibly tender, and the beer type batter was perfect!
The Chipotle linguine's sauce is something I would have a hard time stopping if it was an all-u-can-eat situation. Be glad it's not.
Absolutely everything was excellent. This has a high-class chain restaurant type atmosphere with food that taste as if it was crafted by a master chef once you ordered.
Our waitress told us all about how they do the menu and how much they all love it there. The owners ask for ideas and live getting creative. They reel in their staff for taste tests and suggestions for menue additions. She also said all meals are customizable. Customers can describe what they want, and if they can make it, they will. I've never had an offer like that at any restraunt.
I will definitely be back soon. Looking forward to taking my wife there on date-night. She's...
Read moreWell, we’ve got a new go-to for date night. Never would have guessed it was opening night. Our waiter, John was attentive, not overbearing, but just the right amount of “check-ins”. BEAUTIFUL location, I know, Hutto, but no joking the building is amazing and there’s a beautiful pond/lake outside next to the patio. Jack, himself, was in the building making sure things ran right. Attention to detail A+. I had the 13 spice chicken pasta, wife the pimento chicken sandwich, and kiddo a cheese burger..delicious. Watch out Hutto, amazing farm to table dining has arrived. BTW don’t forget the blondie brownie for dessert with the Amy’s ice cream on top. Lastly if management reads this, the gentleman that filled my water(not John) but a different person has his game together and is a keeper. My water was starting to dwindle and I could feel a presence over my right shoulder of a person anticipating a refill. I told my wife if I take a couple more sips and this person magically appears to fill my water, they’ve hired the right staff. Bam! Water filled. Small stuff but speaks volumes. You guys are going to CRUSH it with this location, food, and service. ...
Read moreMe and my wife drove two hours to have dinner with my family. This place is really nice on the inside, the fireplace adds an awesome touch to the atmosphere that’s on the patio which is very spacious as well. Now the inside is another story, very crowded and some of the tables could be removed to make room for guests to move to their seats without bumping into the person at the table next to them. Let’s talk about the food, which was ok at best. I had what they call chicken niches, or nachos. Some Chips were burnt, and the chicken portion was small. The biggest problem that we had was our WAITRESS! She seemed frustrated and in a hurry to move us out of her area. I do respect the waiters, but this lady was RUDE! She would often deliberately avoided us to check on other tables. I can’t remember her name but it’s the taller, older lady, brown hair, kind of slim , with tattoos. She seemed to smile at the other guests but didn’t seem pleasant to me or my family. Didn’t want to make a scene. So we paid and left. Oh and we still tipped . Maybe she’ll be nicer to other people...
