Stopped by and waited about 30 minutes for my drinks. The staff looked flustered, clearly overwhelmed, but they were friendly and doing their best, which I appreciated.
I ordered a Thai tea with boba and a matcha slush with strawberry popping boba. When my order came out, the matcha was incorrectâthey gave me an iced version with real strawberries instead. Once I let them know, they remade it correctly and even gave me some apology coupons, which was a nice gesture.
The drinks were delicious. Strong, authentic tea flavors across the board. Funny enough, I drank the mistaken matcha with real strawberries the next morning and honestly, it might have been even better than what I originally ordered.
Despite the long wait and mix-up, Iâd still recommend No. 1 Boba for the flavor alone. Iâm sure in a few months they'll smooth things out and speed up. Great customer service, even...

   Read moreordered two brown sugar bobas. asked for half sweet but was told they could only do 75%. seemed odd they couldnât or wouldnât control the amount of sugar they added to a drink. both ended up being over the top sweet. so much syrup even at 75% that i could not mix it by shaking it for almost a full minute. i ended up tapping out a couple sips in and left my drink. my son got halfway before he said he was feeling sick and threw his out. so an expensive learning experience to just stick with teapioca on ed...
